So this is how you get your order of Baconator fries and saucy nuggets. So lazy that they can’t even get a bigger bag to put your order in. The manager should be ashamed of them self for letting there employees do peoples food like this!!!!!! An to top it off only got 3 napkins like damn does the cost of the napkins come out of the workers pay cause you would think it must….

I’ll post a clip of the fry’s we were given, this is just the ones I saved from my box of fry’s to show an example, many of the ones in the two kids meals I got were not even edible kids can choke on those and no kid or adult should be served fry’s that looks like they were cooked all day. I wouldn’t be writing a review normally but both my children had tons of them in their box alone,I go here a lot but I was very disappointed with what we were served today and once again this in a kids meal should never be served.

Bought 2 specials 4 o’clock in the afternoon. The 4 hamburgers were cold, not warm but cold and the fries were just as bad. Supper time at Wendy’s sucked. And I’ll let all my friends know , Oct 6,2025

Decided to swing by here for dinner, ordered 2 combo meals in the drive through and upon opening one of the burgers after getting home there was a very long hair that was crusted into the side of the son of baconator my wife wanted. Very disappointing.

Food was fresh and my order was correct. Everything took a really long time though. The employees were doing their best, so I’m going to guess there’s not enough staff. Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry.

Came in around 9pm. Cold fries and rubbery chicken with missing items from my sandwich. The staff wasn’t concerned with the quality of the product and voiced it to each other loud enough I could hear it clearly. The wait time was about 10 minutes and I was the only person in the dining room. Store was a mess. Items left about and stations were empty. Employee was more concerned with his phone than restocking so I opened the items and got what I needed myself.

Absolutely horrible!! Half of the staff were too worried about the weekend had in store for them. Big party this weekend!!! The lobby was completely full of customers who were very displeased with the actions of the staff. People’s orders were wrong, and this made the rest of the staff more confused. It was total chaos, and the food was absolutely horrible!!! My chicken nuggets looked like they sat under the heat lamp for days!!! My double stack sandwich was just as bad!! This is not the first time this place has been like this, but it is my last time going here!

This Wendy’s has had so many glimpses of light, but it is an absolute nightmare anymore. I can’t believe I still come here as often as I do. I am currently sitting in line and have been for almost twenty minutes, trapped in by cars in front and behind me. And not one person has been served. I am now going to be late for work and not get my money back from the mobile order. Or it will finally move, I will get my food and it will be cold, falling apart, or over cooked, as always. Complete nightmare of a location.
