The bagel was pretty mid to be honest with you. The problem was the workers were honestly lowkey rude. I asked what different kind of spreads they had and the worker just pointed to a small sign that listed the different types and didn’t say anything. My friend asked a different worker which orange juice was the large and which was the small, and another worker yelled out “We have small and we have large!” In a rude tone. They weren’t very busy so I dont understand why they felt the need to rush us or be rude. It was a pretty unpleasant experience.

Went here for the first time today. I love bagels. I got two 3 cheese bagels with the regular spread on it. Didn’t realize it costs an obnoxious amount of money to get cream cheese on it. They definitely making a fat profit. Costed me pretty much 10 bucks. They give you a receipt to fill out a survey and get two free bagels, might be worth coming again if I do that. Oh yeah and the employees were pretty rude with me and my friends. They asked what kind of spreads there were and they told them to read the overhanging board. One of them also asked what the difference of the large and small oj and another employee yelled WE HAVE SMALL AND LARGE!!! We were the only people currently in line too. They were not very friendly ig maybe they weren’t happy to have a job and be working on a monday morning.

The only young man working on Aug 3rd at 1pm was so disrespectful, i had to bite my tongue. I was waiting for a few minutes to ask if they had my online order and when it’s my turn this kid say “yes!?”, already in a disrespectful tone. Then i ask him if they had my order ready and he goes “have you even checked over there!?” aggressively and gestures towards the table and has the audacity to roll his eyes. The food was great, the other lady was polite, but this kid was not what i expected to see at einsteins. Disgusting behavior. 3/5

Love the bagels, love the location, DON’T look up though, the ceiling is super nasty, fuzzy, discolored, and in need of a SERIOUS cleaning. We just have to pretend we don’t think about that stuff falling into the food.

Been there twice, first I would like to say that this place is a role model for rudeness and horrible customer service. The owner apparently from what I saw from her attitude is probably never learned manners and smiling. I also believe that she is reflecting that on her employees. Both times I didn’t receive a nice pleasant communication from the staff including the owner. Looks like this business is there only to collect money. I would advice to remember always when you’re driving to work every day that you’re in the service business and that word service means exactly what it sounds. Unfortunately, many places like that have lost or never integrated customer service in their daily work and that is what will eventually cause problems. Of course in my case I will never go to that place again and will have to share this experience with every person I know.

I’m a doordasher, and when I went to pick up the customer order the employee told me not to get it to wait until the he finished with the line of customer’s it was about 8 people in line even though he has a online pick up spot for us just grab and go. I grabbed the order, and he told me not to come back. He was really rude

Someone in the kitchen must of ate all the Avocados because my avo toast barely had any. The bagel wasn’t toasted and the coffee was cold. I’ve never had a good experience eating here.

One of the workers was very rude, the other two were great! Very informative and let us take time ordering and making sure we got what we wanted.

First and foremost the food is good. But if you don’t like people or aren’t a people’s person. Don’t work here. The person who took my order was rude. It wasn’t even super early it was 10 minutes before 930am. If you don’t like taking orders or taking to people then say so to your boss or quit. I don’t appreciate the attitude or being yelled at because I couldn’t hear the person taking my order. Mumbling it’s t taking. When working with customers you have to have patience.

My breakfast sandwiches were delicious. The young and shy cashier spoke at a one level volume and I needed at least a level five volume to hear her. in the end I got what I wanted.
