Ordered two of the same bagels toasted with same cream cheese, a hot coffee and a cold brew. BOTH coffees were WEAK and tasted like bacon??? The bagels were NOT toasted and the wrong/different cream cheese on both. The total was $20!! Also, had to wait for 8 minutes at the window alone for an entirely disgusting order. I used to love coming here as a neighboring resident. Would rather go to a real place, offering a real, decent product. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. Seriously disgusting.

Really sad to see the store go downhill as much as it has. If I was to guess, I would say it’s the typical story of not showing enough profit. Therefore management is forced to cut costs. And they always cut costs in the worst places. In all of those little things that used to make the place so great and so delicious. Items are priced too high especially for the lower quality in the item. The dining room still has not reopened. Maybe they sold the chairs and tables to make a profit, who knows. Employees seem to be a little too entitled, a little too rude and a little too sure of themselves to be working in the customer service food industry. For as many employees that are in the store at a time. You think the service would be a little faster and the quality way higher. Very long wait times in the drive-thru. They don’t even cut the sandwiches in half anymore like they have done for years. There are a few good Einsteins left in the valley. But they all seem to be going the same route. And that route is downhill. Eventually they will lose enough customers and close the doors. I hope I’m wrong.

Terrible customer service! I understand the drive-thru is busy. Nonetheless, when a customer is standing in your lobby, a simple hello we’ll be with you in a moment. Another customer and I were completely ignored until I finally spoke up to an employee going to take a break. The slicer was taken apart; they were out of almost everything at 11:00 am and refused to make anything. I have been to other locations that will make a cinnamon and sugar bagel if they’re out. I’d rather drive the distance to a better-stocked location with kinder employees.

This place messed up our whole order so we went back in to fix it then they messed it up again!!! It’s not that hard to get right. We ordered the simplest bagels we just gave up and decided to give them a bad review and I never give out bad reviews but this place deserves it. Not to mention they were out of everything!! They didn’t have a plain bagel you go to a bagel shop that doesn’t have a plain bagel??? And there was only 1 employee that knew what he was doing. This was my first time going and it was ruined. My mom was allergic to jalapeños and said absolutely no jalapeños and they gave her jalapeños sauce.

I really like the food here. It is in the pricey side no doubt about that. Most if not all locations have their lobby “open” but there is no where to sit and “dine-in” in the lobby these days. The Texas brisket breakfast sandwich is really really good. Almost always get the bakers dozen to go. Wish there had a better lunch menu like they use to…. I miss the chicken salad sandwich they had. Also wish they were open later and didn’t close at 2pm…

One of those times, I wish zero stars was an option. When you call for a catering spead and then show up and told there isn’t any cream cheese, it feels like bate-&-switch. Could have told me on the phone and I would have made other arrangements. Customer service, even in this low-unemployment era was abysmal. People working the drive-through wouldn’t help the counter (when there were no cars) and cashier couldn’t do two things at the same time (throw a piece of paper away and great me). The printer doesn’t work so no receipt, who knows how much I was charged, never even displayed and didn’t sign anything.

I am incredibly dissatisfied with the staff closing on 12/9/22. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches through the drive through with >10 mins from closing time. I paid ~ extra ~ for cream cheese. I was met with a poor attitude (fine whatever) but I’m leaving this review because I received an unexpectedly poor quality sandwich… NO cream cheese and a SINGLE piece of bacon. Save your money and go somewhere else

I’ve never had issues with the staff being rude or my food not tasting good, but the last two times I’ve gone there has been hair in my bagel with the most recent time there was multiple hairs. I’m still going to be going back because I know that it happens sometimes but two times is excessive and some kind of action should be taken to prevent that from happening.
