Honestly pretty disappointed with my experience here. My husband and I ordered door dash from here in the morning and they forgot the bagel I ordered, still craving a bagel I stopped by on my way out later in the day and waited in the drive through for 30+ minutes. For 1 simple bagel. I wish this was the first time I’ve waited for that long in the drive through here, but I’ve pretty consistently waited 20+ minutes over the last few months. When I did finally get my everything bagel there was hardly anything on it. Very disappointed. Not sure I want to go back to this location.

Solid choice for breakfast or lunch. The staff did a great job and were very friendly and accommodating. The food was great, not my all time favorite breakfast sandwich but I love bagels and Einstein does bagels the best.

Pretty ridiculous. I went to this location last week, and ordered a bacon avocado egg white sandwich with NO TOMATOES. As I opened the sandwich, it had tomatoes anyways regardless of the receipt saying no tomatoes. Whatever. Things happen. However, I went back this week in good faith that it was a one off. This time I ordered for my wife, who is actually allergic to eggs all together. She can literally die from eating them. With that said, I ordered the same thing I ordered last week for myself, and custom built her a sandwich specifying that I wanted NO EGGS WHATSOEVER. I am not sure how you can mess that up when I’m literally building a custom sandwich. Needless to say, I got home and the sandwich had an egg on it. To top it off, mine had a tomato on it AGAIN. when I called to address the issue, the amazing team member that answered said there was nothing she could do about it, and hung up on me. Stay far away from here. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

Absolutely wonderful to work with every time I come here. Most recently, there was a mistake with my order. I called the store and spoke with the manager, she was fantastic to work with! I just picked up the replacement bagels and wanted to make sure to leave a positive review. Such a good experience every time I’ve been here, even when there was a mistake. One word. One name. Zach. He was a godsend for my morning. I came in without a hope for the future one morning, because my wife’s dog had just passed away, and she was having a hard time. Zach saw me and was just so wonderful and cheerful, it immediately brought me and my wife’s spirits up. We bought some cheese topped bagels, and they were amazingly fresh and soft. It was like having a priest from the Vatican bless my tastebuds themself. I felt like I had an audience with the Pope and he told me that this was what they ate in heaven. I was so inspired. I will be going to this einstein bagels more often and also to church on Sundays again.

Ordered the Turkey, bacon, avocado on Asiago with extra veggies. The bagel had no bacon, no veggies even though I paid extra for those, and no Asiago bagel. The guy working the drive through window had me repeat my order several times… maybe he just didn’t hear me? Not sure. Either way my bagel was made wrong and the veggies I paid extra for weren’t there. For an almost $13 bagel that’s pretty annoying.

Was so excited to eat here, ordered a turkey cheddar sandwich, and a cinnamon sugar bagel. Got the sandwiches, and they gave me an egg avocado sandwich instead of turkey. Don’t really care for their breakfast sandwiches, so it went to waste. The cinnamon sugar was also lacking cream cheese…by a lot.
