I used to come here often for an online pickup in the later part of the afternoon. It was tasty, quick and convenient for me. Recently, they suddenly and inexplicably changed their hours to being closed at noon instead of 2 pm. They are the only location in town that’s made this change. It was inconvenient for me, but I could adjust and still make it in a couple times a a month. Now they’ve had their online ordering turned off for the last several days. There’s only so much I can compromise with a fast casual spot before I just give up.

I tried the garden avocado sandwich double baked hash brown and a caramel frappe! The sandwich was pretty good and full of flavor and the hash brown was pretty good! I asked for a frappe but got a coffee caramel shake also I’m not sure why the host didn’t make it a meal and the only options of size he asked me was small or large no medium, also station where sandwiches are being made should be cleaned regularly to stop cross contamination!

Repeated frustrating experiences. The tables on the inside are inexplicably closed, pickup orders are routinely not ready when they’re supposed to be, they have been out of drinks that they charged for on online orders, and hours are inconsistent. This location could do so much better!

EDIT: It’s been a few weeks since I reached out via the provided link, and no one has contacted me. Apparently, they are no more serious when they promise someone will contact you than they are when they say “We want to make sure we only serve tasty, well-prepared food.” I don’t believe anything this company says anymore and personally wouldn’t go near their food.
