It used to bother me that they keep the cream at the pickup counter, instead of the sugar station. Then, I realized that it’s always full… and that this is a first world problem and that I should be thankful for the rich life I’ve been blessed with.
Speaking of richness, how about these plugs?! Good spot for remote work. Can be drafty in the winter. The give free coffee refills. Try that at Starbucks!

Got in the drive thru line at 10:23 this morning. Didn’t leave until 11. I have never experienced a lack of urgency or professionalism like this. After waiting over ten minutes for any sign of life from the intercom, we were asked to order. At this point, the line behind us was 5-6 cars deep. We decided to see it through and give our order. Before we could say anything, we were told to wait longer. Judging by the wait, I assumed they were incredibly short staffed. After a frustrating stretch of silence, we finally were asked to order. We were told it would be an additional fifteen minutes for our food to be ready. We pulled up to the window, and there were at least 7 people working. We were never given an explanation, never an apology for the wait, and weren’t offered any type of discount or courtesy. After paying full price and continuing to sit in my car, I was informed later that the ingredients for my order were not available. I begrudgingly asked for the fastest option and waited, only to get cold food made with ingredients I didn’t pay for or request. The cashier at the window stood with their headset on, staring at the line go down in flames, instead of perhaps helping out. I truly can’t express how unimpressed I am with this. I will never stop by Einstein’s again. We could have eaten brunch at a sit down spot faster than we got steamed eggs and toasted bread. Truly whack.

This is getting frustrating……I love Einstein’s for breakfast, the food is really good and I go there once every week or two. But at this location, I literally get the wrong sandwich about 1 out of every 5-7 times I go there. Today I ordered a 2 egg Farmhouse, I need the protein of the 2nd egg so I’m not hungry 3 hours later, and I got a 1 egg Farmhouse. I paid for a 2 egg, $9.75-ish and I provided a roughly 13% tip, for the wrong sandwich. Back in December, I actually got 2 sandwiches after I ordered 1, neither of them were what I ordered. How hard is it for the kitchen and the drive-thru server to get this process down? Additionally, I think it’s awful that they actually ask you if you want to leave a tip when they can’t get the order correct this often.

such a fun, friendly atmosphere here! Was immediately welcomed in and had great service from Kassidy, welcomed with a warm smile. bagel was made in less than 2 minutes and doug handed it over and made my day. the warm manager has been welcoming and nice every time i’ve come in, and is so kind to my friends and i. bagels are soo yummy every time i go. SOO AMAZING 10/10 recommend

We were in Denver for a family event and we were looking for a good cup of coffee. We stopped in at Einstein Bros. Bagels for coffee and bagels. What a great choice! So many choices of bagels. I was amazed with all the interesting flavors they offer. And you can’t go wrong with the shmear. Great experience!

The best bagels ever!!!! So so yummy always warm and fresh. Kassidy and doug are my fav workers, give them a bonus asap because they’re top worker oat in Einstein’s business. Also larissa is always very welcoming to me! Love seeing her when i stop by.

My girlfriend and I went in for a late breakfast. We were the only ones in there and took forever to get service. Once we got service it was very poor. Our bagels were cold. They forgot my coffee. Our hash browns were cold like they came out of the freezer. The bathroom was disgusting and all the trashed were full. The staff was not friendly when I asked if we could get new stuff made. I contacted customer support and haven’t heard anything. Awful experience.

Date 12/30/2025: Adding an update here. I decided to try this place again based on recent reviews and I ordered 4 bagels (via app) with one of them with shmear (sesame and butter). I picked up the order, came home and when I checked the bagel, no butter in it. I was charged for the butter and no butter in the bagel. How hard it is to follow the order placed. Looks like these guys don’t want to improve. Really disappointed. Check the attached receipt and the bagel I received. I usually go to the Einstein Bros which is on S Colorado Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO because the service and the quality of food is excellent. Today I thought of trying this store (Coffee & Bagels – Quebec and County Line) and the experience was horrible. The lady who took my order was really nice, helpful and courteous (The 2 stars is for her). I ordered an avocado toast and 2 sesame bagels (toasted w/butter) to go. I got them home and the avocado toasted bagel was slightly burnt. I thought it is okay. And when I opened the Sesame bagel, it was burnt a lot and we couldn’t eat them (pics attached). How can the person who puts butter on these bagels was not able to see that it was burnt? Horrible experience. I will never go to this place….

Bagels are always delicious and the service is top notch! There is an Einstein Bros along my normal morning commute, but on mornings I want to grab bagels I will specifically change my commute to come to this one. The people are always friendly and welcoming ❤️
