Came in to grab some bagels and it was pretty busy. The young lady with brown hair said she couldn’t take any more orders at the moment so that the kitchen could catch up. That’s all fine and dandy but instead she went to the back, complained to her cook for about 5 minutes and then went to another employee who was on his phone and joined him. Ridiculous, if you’re backed up MAYBE WORK.

I usually go to the Einstein Bros which is on S Colorado Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO because the service and the quality of food is excellent. Today I thought of trying this store (Coffee & Bagels – Quebec and County Line) and the experience was horrible. The lady who took my order was really nice, helpful and courteous (The 2 stars is for her). I ordered an avocado toast and 2 sesame bagels (toasted w/butter) to go. I got them home and the avocado toasted bagel was slightly burnt. I thought it is okay. And when I opened the Sesame bagel, it was burnt a lot and we couldn’t eat them (pics attached). How can the person who puts butter on these bagels was not able to see that it was burnt? Horrible experience. I will never go to this place….

Poor experience. Ordered a wheat bagel with a garden veggie schmear and received an ancient grain bagel (I like this kind also). I realized I had an email with a code for 2 free bagels. Showed to the girl at the window, she put code into register. Said thank you and that was it. Never asked what kind of bagel for the 2nd free one. I asked about it & she said I only ordered 1. I thought she should of asked what other bagel i wanted. The schmear was pretty thin. I paid $1.77 & used a 2 free bagels code for 1 bagel with thin schmear. Not very happy and probably won’t go here very often.

We stopped at the drive thru to buy a couple of Bagels for breakfast. After ordering, we ended up waiting in line about 35 minutes. When we finally arrived at the window, the cashier repeated our order and told us our total. He didn’t smile, didn’t look happy, and appeared to be a little overwhelmed. He handed me my credit card and bag, said thanks, and closed the window. The wait was a little irritating, but our bagels tasted great.
