Great environment and a major selection of everything you need in the morning. Not just bagels anymore. Fresh orange juice, hash brown bagel, so amazing! If you haven’t been lately, do yourself a favor and give it a try.

Not only did it take 30 minutes to get food in the drive through this morning…but then I get the wrong order. Last I checked everything bagel with plain cream cheese sounds nothing like cinnamon sugar with butter. I’ve always had issues with this location guess it’s the final straw that broke the camels back today. Be better.

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! I placed a catering order for a local high school sports team to be ready at 915a (order placed 48 hours in advance) . When I arrived at 915, I was told my bagel needed to cool and then be cut. I said ok, I’m supposed to be at the school at 930. I was ignored. I patiently sat there until 933a and I asked to speak with a manager. Another employee told me “stuff happens and they are busy”. Finally a woman walked around the corner who was the manager and also told me they were busy. I told them I felt this was unacceptable for a catering order. I was already late. Another employee told me they had a 15 minute grace period, which it says no where in my email confirmation. When the order was finally done, one employee threw the cream cheese in the bag, shoved the bagels at me, said “here’s your order, I hope you drop them”. I’ve never been so disrespected and treated so poorly by any establishment. This place clearly has no leadership or customer service skills. I will never return and make sure to tell all I know to go elsewhere. Shameful

This area is getting super sketchy. Homeless people all around–no longer feel safe going to this Einstein’s. Homeless people have set up camp all around the closed Arby’s and the vacant lot nearby, and the businesses and police do absolutely nothing. This isn’t Denver–it’s Greenwood Village, and we live down here for a reason–and it ain’t putting up with homeless people

One of the weirdest Einstein’s I’ve been to. The vibe inside wasn’t cheery, welcoming nor happy. No one greeted me with “Welcome to Einstein’s, or Good Morning” or anything similar. It took a while for any of the 4 employees to acknowledge my presence. The man, who I guess was the manager, was talking, but he had a headset on, so I thought he was taking drive through orders, but he was asking to help me. Though service was fast, none of the 3 teenagers/young adults seemed happy. And it was dark in there! No in-store dining is available, dining area is cordoned off and chairs are upside-down on top of tables.

My favorite location to go to! Staff is so kind, they listen and actually give you extra shmear when you order it, the store is clean, they refill the hazelnut coffee promptly which is half the reason I come, and there is actually a place for you to sit. I will go out of my way to make sure I come to this location, keep up the great work!

I called Monday July 3rd several times for a corporate order. They didn’t pickup the phone. I went to the store fully staffed, noncustomers. I placed my order and while waiting called just out of curiosity. Saw two employees stare at phone ringing….still didn’t pickup….let’s train these young kids about customer service.

I come here often before work. They’re always slammed with only 2 employees working. I have stood in line for over 20 mins while my sandwich has been on the counter – no apologies ever. Then yesterday my sandwich was very undercooked. When I called to let them know, they referred me to a third party who said they have nothing to do with them. I’ll just avoid the location moving forward.

Walked in, was not greeted. No line. Been standing here for 5mins without the ability to order. Asked lady if I could order as she walked up to the register she told me no. Every white person who stepped into the establishment was served and treated right away. As a black woman I did not receive that same treatment. Even the white woman who came in after me was served before me. I had to ask the team if they needed me to order online, just to get them to acknowledge me and place my order. Not okay. I would hope it’s not a race issue but that’s exactly how it felt. Usually I tip. I refused to tip this morning.
