Waited 20 minutes for my 2 bagels when there wasn’t a single other person infront of me in the drive thru line. I had to pay an extra $1 per bagel to get it with butter so $2 total and this is how they did them…. very disappointing with the quality, price, time, employees.. everything. would not recommend unfortunately. Literally no butter. Just a plain bagel… very annoying. Do not waste your time at this location.

Came in literally today and got two bagels online. I left and got to work to eat them. One had hair in the cream cheese and the other was way too hard to even chew. So trash try went. What a waste of ten dollars. I’ve tried calling three times and it keeps taking me back to the main menu options after it rings and rings. A bit ridiculous because they had like 10 employees while I was there and no one could pick up a phone? I won’t be back.

I went into the Cedar Park location yesterday morning. Needed a quick bagel sandwich and lemonade. I was having a rough morning and not in a very good mood but there was a staff member by the name Cooper that was so friendly and sweet that it kind of surprised me. Customer service seems to be in decline nowadays, so I joked that I was shocked by his demeanor. He laughed at that. It was just refreshing! Sandwich was great,lemonade was a nice little pick me up and Cooper just being nice will make me come in again!

Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. My order is always right and warm. Staff smiling (not always but most of the time) classic genx. Manger is always friendly and professional, checking on staff and patrons. My farmhouse breakfast bagel always hits!

I have had nothing but positive experiences when I eat here. The manager is very friendly and helpful with orders. Staff is very nice. I’m unsure of the flood of negative reviews. I think if staff come across as “moody” then it might be a long day for them. If you notice that your order is taking “too long” to be finished, then talk to the manager instead of waiting an hour (which probably never happens I’m sure it’s an exaggerated time wait) and then getting PO’d when YOU could have done something earlier. We are all adults here. No one can read your mind. Fast food is a tough environment to work in. If a brief wait time makes you angry or a worker having an off day grinds your gears, then I don’t know, go somewhere else?

I have been to this location on several occasions, both dine-in and take out, and have had excellent service from the Mgr, Amber, as well as her staff each and every time. Amber always greets me when i walk in. One time there was a male Mgr on duty( i didnt catch his name) but he was nice too. For the recent negative review, ( by the person who came in the 2nd door at 2:02pm AFTER CLOSING), why do you feel so entitled? These workers get there at 4:30am to open at 5am in the early morning, and the hours at ALL the locations are the same, so why should they accommodate you when you come in after hours?! I wasnt there but I find that review hard to believe. The staff has to clean up and prepare for the next day. I think it’s rude and selfish to post a complaint on a store that works non-stop on their feet to provide their customers with good food and a clean environment. Granted the 2nd door should have been locked, but still, have some mercy! Just doesnt sound at all like the staff at this location…. ♀️ I give this store a 5-star for 2025!

This Einstein Bagel genuinely puts me in a bad mood. The workers must be overworked and underpaid and the only thing served here is attitudes and sold out bagels. If you want a bagel just go to HEB and get one because these workers will make you feel like crap about not only your order, but your life! You guys are mean and I feel sorry for you. General manager cooper needs to fire some people!

We spent 15-20 minutes in the drive thru behind 1 truck. When we got our bagels, they were toasted but cold. And our coffee tasted burnt and the caramel macchiato was nasty. I’ve been to several other Einstein’s and it’s never been that long to receive service and cold bagels. This location definitely needs some improvement.

This location seems to be deteriorating very rapidly. They served sandwiches after 30 mins wait and they were served cold. Excuse is that the toasters are broken and corporate won’t listen to us. The manager got the sandwiches remade. Seems, they microwaved it this time. But waiting for 45 mins on breakfast is too much. Time to avoid this shop. Seems corporate is just focused on crunching number rather than food and service which is the core of this business.

Everything seasoning bagel with jalapeño smear.
I was there before 9AM and they were serving hot bagels n with good quality.
