Tonight was the final straw. It was a Sunday night and not busy at all. We came in specifically for wings. We waited about 10 minutes before anyone came to our table, and only after asking the front desk to call a server. After another 5 minutes, our server finally showed up and took our drink order. She dropped off the drinks and disappeared again for another 10–15 minutes, forcing us to ask, again, for someone to get her.
When she came up front, she stood there talking to a coworker for another five minutes instead of helping us. Then, after 45 minutes of us sitting there, she finally came to our table just to tell us they were completely out of wings for the night.
So we waited 45 minutes, repeatedly had to hunt down our server, and were never informed that the main item we came for wasn’t even available. That’s unacceptable. As good as the food can be, the service is beyond frustrating. I won’t be coming back.
Cons: Service.
1) Lack of Attentiveness – We had 3 servers in the span of the 2 hours we were there and each time we had to call them over to ask for refills for beer. I would understand if it was busy but the place was under 50% capacity.
2) Attention to Detail – the server that we ordered food with seem to not know much/pay attention to detail: didn’t know if the deal for food was going on or not, we placed an order she had to come back to clarify and alter how we ordered wings, etc.
3) We eventually had to leave due to table being taken from us – We were told by a customer that our table was no longer available to use due to a league that was coming in. Would have been fine with it but we weren’t informed of this when we got there. The waitress went to cash us out due to no more tables being available. Then, the manager told us we were good to go to another table. We set up at that new table about to start a game and another set of customers came to told us that this was there table. We go back to the manager he looks at us says sorry and that was it. We decided to leave after that since there were no tables available to us and the manager didn’t seem to know what to do.
Would come back again to see if the service is a different experience but probably not for a long time.
Food was great.
Let’s be real, youre not coming here for the food. The foods fine, but the pool is why I come 🙂
