Normally I try to leave some sort of positive note on reviews even when I get crumby service but I have nothing good to say about this location. My husband and I both ordered breakfast sandwiches that were straight off the menu so you would think they wouldn’t mess up our bagel 4 TIMES! The manager was very rude about having to remake the sandwich and gave my husband major attitude for HER mess up. Then their ice machine was out of ice and when another customer politely let them know the girl at the counter rolled her eyes and said yeah we know then didn’t even offer to fill the woman’s cup for her. This place has HORRIBLE customer service in management, is wasn’t clean, and apparently they can’t read their own menu to make a sandwich. VERY DISAPPOINTED and will not be coming back to this location.

Good bagels, way to much cream cheese to even taste the bagel I ended up scraping most of it off of mine and my kids seems like a waste of cream cheese to me because it really was a ridiculous amount of there. I enjoyed the Iced Chai. They were extremely rude here though. That really disappointed me. I told them it was my first time there and I needed a minute and she just stared at me with a pitiful face and it wasn’t busy at the time. They all seemed so unhappy to be there. This was August 13,2023 @ 9:30. My order was just a drink and 3 bagels.

My family and I always come here, we get the cinnamon sugar bagels and blueberry one too. The bagels are delicious. We get the Honey Almond smear and man it’s so dang good. If you have not tried that smear you should, you won’t be disappointed! This time we came in with the receipt for taking the survey where you get 3 free bagels with any purchase, we only got a $5 discount and paid $10 dollars for our order when we should have just paid for one bagel. They had a line so I didn’t say anything and don’t want to hold the line up. But anyway this place is still delicious. I even tried the begalritto and it was alright to.

Steamer was broken for espressos and regular coffee was the the worst I’ve ever had. It tasted like burnt dirt and it was expensive for plain coffee. Bagel sandwich tasted good but wasn’t toasted like I asked.

Good place for coffee if you are tired of the Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts. Plus you can get a delicious bagel sandwich. Drive thru window is usually fast.
