Great service! I ordered six whoppers with a lot of changes to the toppings, the employees got all my order exactly how I requested it. The employees are friendly and very fast. The location has been recently renovated.

Manager stood talking while there were 5 people in line and only 1 order taker. Out of sweet and sour sauce and ketchup from the drink station was very watery… Cotton candy drink was good and onion rings were hot.

The inconsistency of the food is annoying when the prices have gone up to what they have.

After we placed our order we went to get our drinks and there were fruit flies flying all around the drink station and the ketchup area. When we sat down the fruit flies were flying all around us as we were trying to eat. And there was a dead fly on the booth. My mozzarella fries were cold and they were out marinara sauce.

We stopped by in the middle of the afternoon. No one was at the counter, we had to yell to get someone’s attention. She didn’t seem too happy about having to come out and take our order. Even though there was no one else in the restaurant we had a hard time finding a clean table.

Very nice Burger King. We had lunch there recently, and the young man at the counter was super friendly and efficient. I believe he was also handling the drive thru orders, but it wasn’t busy and he easily handled both. The whoppers and fries were hot, fresh, and tasty. I like how you can easily customize your toppings ( I like extra pickle and extra mayo). The bathroom and dining areas were very clean. The kids indoor playground was closed during our visit, but it looked like a nice area, with large glass walls to ensure parents can keep an eye on the little ones.
I used the BK phone app as a registered customer, which allowed me the current app special deal of two whoppers, two fries, and two drinks for $10. I used the app while in the store, and then just had to show the order number on my phone to the man at the counter. The app also allows you to accumulate reward points towards free food items.

Omg the food was so bad we had to spit it out. The chicken fries tasted old and dried out. My son threw up his food right now. The fries taste refried in old oil. The customer service is fine but not the food. This rating is for food quality only.

Grew up with this place. Quality waxes and wanes regarding food. Employees are chill though. Drinks are mediocre; yet this is one of the better places to get frozen Cokes in the QC. It’s better with friends or family than solo. This place had more personality ~a decade ago, and is very drab and sterile inside today. It’s not god tier, but it’s solidly mid tier overall.
