I wanted to have a bagel with friends. I live close by, we walked here to only find out that they have no tables inside or outside! This is just a chaotic place for pickup… we got our bagels, ordered coffee from Starbucks next door and eat it there. This place can close tomorrow and I will not miss it! How can you be selling bagels and coffee and not to have a tables specially when you have so much empty space… pandemic is over, it’s spring 2023!

Hardly had a selection of bagels and put sausage on a sandwich when it’s supposed to come with bacon. & not to mention their iced lattes don’t contain any coffee, the cup was full of milk and chocolate syrup. & to top it all off I ordered one hashbrown, but recieved and was probably charged for two ( I don’t have the reciept)

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at an Einstein’s. I only received egg whites on the 2 egg sandwiches we ordered and barely any turkey on the other. The Baker’s Dozen Bagels listed the bagels I’d receive, yet I just received a random assortment. If I had known, I would of not ordered it. My son is allergic to sesame, and unfortunately instead of dealing with 2 sesame bagels, most of the bagels were everything bagels with sesame. The issue with this is it makes it harder to share the bagels with my son and most of the people in the house don’t like onions or garlic on their bagels. Additionally, most of my bagels weren’t cut properly. And parts of a couple bagels are missing. And finally, I feel like the coffee wasn’t brewed properly. The coffee tasted like chemicals. I love Einstein Bagels usually. I just moved in the area, and it saddens me the closest Einstein’s Bagel to me is sloppy in their food service.

Nothing I received was edible. My sandwich was wet and sloppy, hashbrown cold in the middle and burned and smashed on the outside. My frozen coffee didn’t have coffee, just ice and milk.

We ordered multiple bagels with 2 tubs of shmear. We didn’t receive either tub of shmear. This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered from here and receive incorrect or missing items. Never ordering from here again.

Waited 15 min for two toasted bagels with only 1 person ahead in line. There were about 7 people working at the time. Asked for a small amount of cream cheese on both bagels and I saw them put a large amount of cream cheese on my bagels and then asked a 2nd time if they were prepared with a light amount of cream cheese as they handed them off to me and said yes, they were. I decided to try this place out last week. I went out of my way to go here (20 min extra drive from work). I tried their cinnamon raisin bagel. Arriving minutes after their opening (at 6:10) it was so hot and fresh the first two times i had them.
