They always leave a gap at the top. I got coolattas three times during summer last year but they left a gap everytime, I stopped going after that. Went today thinking/hoping they have learned how to fill a cup, but I left disappointed. And the baristas are full of attitude, they are rude to customers but friendly to each other. It’s like customers are interrupting their super serious conversations. Not going back ever again!

I live really close to this Dunkin Donuts so I’ve been there a decent amount. All of Me experiences were decent too good so I have no complaints. I do wish and this goes for all Dunkin Donuts and not just the select location that they would add some vegan and vegetarian options to their menu to appeal to more customers. It’s in the company’s best interest as this is a growing phenomenon whether they like to admit it or not. With that said I think overall the staff here has helped me and been very kind and cheerful overall at this select location. So if you’re in the area and you want some Dunkin I would recommend it.

This dunkin is usually on point, but the past couple of times I have been here they have fallen short. I had ordered an iced coffee and a donut via mobile app. When I had arrived there was no one in there, but one employee was caught up in conversation with a friend. I waited 10 minutes to get my stuff. When I had received my coffee there was no sugar in it, even though there was supposed to be. I had brought my coffee back to tell them there wasn’t any in there and they took it back to put some sugar in my coffee. When I got it back, there was barely any sugar in it at all. I think I’ll reconsider coming back to this location in the future.

Yeah this place is terrible. Brought a drink back up because it wasn’t made right, they gave it back to me the exact same way with no changes. Will be the last time I go to this location.

I will not be getting a frozen coffee from this location anymore because it’s supposed to be frozen. That’s the whole point of a frozen coffee every single time I come here my drink is never frozen and it’s always super liquidy like I wouldn’t even get brain freeze if I tried to not that I’m trying, but just saying

Pretty busy location. No drive through so the line can be a little long at times. Friendly service each time I go in. Only real flaw would be the location, parking lot is small and is on busy street.
