Do not recommend. Food is microwaved and tastes like what the microwave was heated in. Like if microwaves had a taste, I imagine that’s what my bagel and avocado sandwich tasted like. Not that great. You’d be better off going into the grocery store and just grabbing some bagels and cream cheese off the shelf.

We are sitting in the store right now. 7 AM on Saturday. What a disappointment. Staff is incredibly rude, very obvious that the guy has ZERO interest in being here. Which is unfortunate, because he’s on register. We are the only folks here…and our food is a sloppy mess, after being unwrapped. Tables have not been wiped, floor is sticky, vacuum cleaner is still out in the middle of the dining room (right beside a table of employee junk), they’ve been open an hour & the trash is full from previous day, had to wait 5 minutes to get a simple plastic knife, pop machine is out of order. Saw two separate folks with a To Go / drive thru orders have to come back in, for missing items. Other than that…it was swell

This location is incredibly hit-or-miss. Sometimes the staff are super efficient and friendly, other times the people working seem absolutely miserable. The bagels themselves are OK. They’re fine when I’m in a rush to get to work and didn’t have time to make breakfast, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stop and get them. Also, the drive-thru is one of the slowest I’ve seen. It doesn’t matter if there’s 10 cars or 2 cars in front of me, it always takes me at minimum 12-15 minutes to get through it. It seems to be quicker to go inside.

The food is delicious, it’s my favorite place to get bagels from. However, the drive thru is so slow. I usually place a mobile order through the app and there was one day where they had me wait at the speaker for probably 15 minutes. I saw that there was about 5 people that were in line behind me and in that time, all 5 people drove off.

My husband and I come here every weekend. We always enjoy our experience. I am an avid avocado toast lover, I get it and try it anywhere I can. I tried Einsteins avocado toast today and just looking at it was foul. It was not what was presented on the app. It’s not mashed up or blended at all, it was hard chunks of avocado. I took two bites and I threw it away. Other than that, everything else we have ever had is great.

I placed an app order & chose curbside pickup. When I got there I went to the app & said that I was there like it told me to do. I waited 20 minutes before I went inside only to be told that thet don’t do curbside pickup & she was very short with me & obnoxious. I told her that they need to fix the app & she told me they have no control over that, but they could at least have a sign in their window stating that they don’t do curbside pickup. Then in a condescending voice as I was walking out she said, “Have a nice day.” I will never go there again. We didn’t have good service last time either & this was their second chance.

Great place to stop if you want to wait half an hour for a bagel sandwich. They are consistently slow. Two drive thru orders were messed up and came in while I was waiting; one waited a good 10 minutes for his order to be corrected.

I went there this morning to buy bagels. Their bagels are really good. I haven’t tried their sandwiches but they look good. Although they were busy today they got me out in a timely manner.
