Had breakfast here with my baby! Very relaxing and extremely clean environment! The staff was super kind and the farmhouse bagel sandwich was amazing. The hash brown bites are not my favorite and the caramel macchiato needed a little extra ice, but they gave it to me no problem! Ended up with an extra cup for my baby to play with! Amazing experience.

I absolutely love Einstein Bagels, I was bummed out during the remodel however, I must say what was done was for the better! This location has some of the best employees in the industry which accompanied by the MapleHouse Bagel Sandwich is what keeps me coming back! While all the employees are always so outgoing and very personable Shane standouts because while I do frequent this location I’m not a daily customer however, Shane remembers my name and exactly how I like my sandwich and always greets me with a smiling face! Great Job to the Management as you can always tell when there are great leaders setting great examples because it trickles down to the others inside the team!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. And we ended up going to Einstein bagels both mornings because our hotel did not serve breakfast early enough. And both times both days we got Shane at the window and he was amazing super friendly just look like he truly enjoyed what he did. And the service was great. It was quick. It was timely. The drinks were amazing. The food was amazing. I only wish we had one near us step back home in Michigan. Keep up the excellent work!!!

I ordered a bagel with mayo, ham, cheese, and bacon for $7.99. And what i got was absolutely horrible nothing about this bagel was worth $8 they forgot the mayo it had one very thin slice of ham on it. So I doubt I will go back. Also the service took 23min to get my food they have absolutely no organization. They are all over each other in the back trying to make orders. It was not even that busy maybe 8 customers were in the building at the time. I would of returned it for my money back, but I was allready on the road headed to work when I noticed. I have always ordered through DoorDash, about 12 times now and I get the same thing each time. I don’t know who was having a rough day but I’m disappointed. Wrong bagel, little meat…I’m paying nearly $11 for bread at this point.

Let me just start by saying that Connor and Noah are the best employees I have ever had the honor of being in the presence of. Their method of customer service made me feel like part of the Einstein family by just stepping foot into the place. Not to mention their elite food recommendations. Noah’s recommendation of the toasted chocolate chip bagel with plain cream cheese, along with Connor’s recommendation of the cold brew shake made for a meal fit only for a king. 5 stars all around the board. Shoutout to Noah and Connor.

Consistently frequent this location but no longer. Past 4 visits have not been good. Mobile orders are constantly wrong. Bagels sloppily prepared. If you request it to be toasted or ask for a different type of cream cheese, don’t count on it. Go absolutely anywhere else for a bagel.

I ordered online. Went in to pick up and everything was fine. I get in the car and head to work. I got the Sante fe (my fav) but today my sandwich was extremely burnt. I couldn’t return to the store due to me being at work. I tried to call but no answer. I am so disappointed, I couldn’t even eat it all because all I could taste was char.
