I usually try to put forth my best efforts to mention the positives about an establishment before any other comments, because although my sandwich was delicious, I am of the crowd that believes cheese on a hot sandwich should be melted.

Went here at lunchtime on a Saturday and there were 4 people working and maybe 6-8 customers inside. Not a whole lot of drive-thru traffic, either, so it wasn’t like there was a huge rush. Since it wasn’t that busy, the employees should be able to pay closer attention. I ordered a Cinnamon Raisin bagel, toasted, with cream cheese, and there’s no excuse for why it should taste like garlic! Use a different knife to cut savory bagels or spread savory schmears! If it’s not busy, with that many people, there’s no reason for several tables to be dirty from not being wiped down, and booths were empty but not bussed. Your manager should pay closer attention to those things, because that’s evidence of a poorly run business. Also, pay attention to what’s on your TV!! There was a sµic¡de scene showing that was not suitable for children and not safe for lunch.

Has sign on the door closed for maintenance for one day. That was 2 weeks ago. Doesn’t answer phone. If they closed for good they should be honest with their customers so we don’t waste time and gas.

I come here regularly and it is decent service but it is pretty spotty to see them open on time. For example, this morning at 6:10 am, the drive thru lights aren’t on and no one is available to take your order. Hard to depend on that.

Perfect bagels, my all times favorite is the nova lox so yummy. The staff is also nice & cool. The deducted star is because the second time I visited I noticed few flies over the bagels in the cabinets or racks, because they’re not all the way closed or maybe they’re but those flies were sneaky!!!. So yes I eat them anyways telling myself I didn’t see what I saw I just kinda dust it off. I trust I won’t see flies over the bagels next time I visit them, and this rating will turn to 5 stars.

Upon arriving I knew exactly what I wanted ,my beloved garlic bagels and they were in stock which sometimes you have to call ahead the cashier was very friendly she offered my puppy his own little bagel and in no time I was on my way. Oh you better believe right home to toast my bagel if you love BiBa’s garlic rolls , then these are a MUST!
