I recently visited the Einstein Bros Bagels at the Miami airport and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff was rude and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. When I asked a question about my order, they were dismissive and didn’t seem to care about.

Quality of the food is consistent with Einsteins but the staff is awful. Marie, the “manager on duty” let me sit there and wait 45 minutes after I pointed out that they forgot my coffee and proceeded to serve everyone in the airport line and then some before me. It was just an iced coffee, but she copped an attitude when I checked on it and told me “nothing I can do they made it wrong and now you’ll wait behind everyone else.” Almost missed my flight even though I got to the coffee shop 1 hr before boarding. Unless you have the energy to argue and 2 hours to kill, get breakfast somewhere else

They open early in Miami Airport’s Terminal D and that’s about the best thing about the place. Clearly, the staff is inconvenienced by customers. Coffee tepid and bagels are just bread. Way overpriced.

Not the best not the worse but definitely when you are taking an early flight and there’s not much of an alternative, this place is still a very welcomed sight. I must say that their coffee was pretty good but the food options were minimal and a bit greasy. Overall, not the best and not the worse.

We don’t have Einstein where I live, and I was so excited to get some. I waited over 25mins (and Im ok with it because I own a restaurant and I know how tricky a rush can be). My bagel was burnt, and when I say burnt I mean hard as a rock burnt. The ladies there were unpleasant and as though they didn’t want to be there. Overall quite disappointing, won’t be returning

Beyond rude employees. The cashier was fine but one of the prep people just argued with everyone. Didn’t believe customers when they said their order was wrong. And wouldn’t let me take my bagel when I came up when it was called?? Horrible experience.
