Can’t knock them down… they serve fresh bengals and a reasonable price. The food selection and atmosphere are awesome. Service is very good. They have a very wide selection of sandwiches and bagel flavors. Order at the counter and pick up when it’s ready. Nice outdoor seating on cooler days. Only thing I don’t like is the presumption of a tip when there is no table service.

The hours, ambiance, food selection and customer service are AWESOME across the board! My breakfast choice and vanilla hazelnut coffee were AMAZING! This was by far the BEST bagel I have ever had… it was so fresh along with the toppings… I had an everything bagel with egg white, spinach and avocado. This is heaven in your mouth! I will definitely be back!!! You’ve got to try this place.. you WILL NOT regret it!!!

Good news is that I am still alive! I am not sure why the inside of my sandwich is green like this, but I also know that this isn’t correct. Coming from a culinary background, mold doesn’t even create this. However, the young lady helping me at the window was VERY nice and she was a great reason for me to contemplate coming back. I did ask for a refund or gift card to compensate this issue. We will see what happens. In case you were wondering…yes I was hungry for the rest of the day.

This place it’s simply PERFECT I loved my experience in this place, was my first time eating Bagels and was so good. The place it’s really elegant, clean and homemade, the customer service was normally but was like this I assume the many people that frequented in this place that time I guess, the food was super good, the variety of combination in they food menu it’s awesome, they have a big parking too and option for eat outside, if you are around the area and you didn’t eat your breakfast yet, this one it’s your perfect location!

Giving 5 stars to this location. I must say I was super tired this morning and did not want to go to work. I stopped by Einstein’s for some BF and had the best experience. Sam was very pleasant even gave me a compliment. I met Cristy as well who had great energy. I def need that pick me up! S/O to those 2 who made a difference in my morning wether they know it or not. ❤️

I have been to this location twice now and both times my bagel has been cold, raw, as if they have not been toasted at all. Cream cheese has been applied so sparingly it was genuinely comical. To make my experience worse, both visits took me greater than 15 minutes to get a singular bagel. One experience was in the drive thru – 2 cars ahead of me, taking 15 minutes. The second, i ordered ahead through the app where no one acknowledged me for pick up. The worker one at a time put together an order of 15+ bagels, not asking that customer to move aside so they could move on with the growing line of people. 3 employees just stood there doing nothing.

This was my first time visiting Einstein bagels and honestly I wasn’t impressed. The drive thru line was speedy but the customer service was really lacking. The Caucasian lady with glasses that was working drive thru was pretty rude and stand-off ish. The prices on their menu and what I actually paid did not match either.

I love bagels. I only want simple, plain, toasted bagels. However, they use the same knife for everything (I guess). So whenever I have bagels from here, I have to throw away some of them because they taste whatever the previous customers have. Most of the time it’s garlic. I’m not too fond of garlic in the morning, and I understand some people love it. But why can’t I have a simple bagel without garlic or something else?
