Excellent food, fresh and tasty bagels all the time. Jalapeño cheddar bagels and cheesy hash brown bagels are my favorite with jalapeno salsa cream cheese and garden veggies cream cheese. However, service could be improved, I only order them online for pickup and they didn’t get to my order unless I asked about it after 15-20 minutes. This happened twice previously but recently they have been better and no issues.

I don’t usually leave reviews for chains because you generally know what you’re getting when you go to one ..but this is the best bagel sandwich I’ve ever had.
I got the jalapeño cheddar bagel with two eggs and cheese and a schmear of onion cream cheese. The bagel was crispy on the outside with real, identifiable jalapeños on it. The inside was soft and the sandwich didn’t fall apart when you eat it.
The dine in was a bit strange. It looked like covid-dining. There were two tables and I sat at one of them. The space was mostly empty and the rest of the tables were being used to prep catering orders. The way it was set up made you feel like they were suggesting to you to take your food away.

A terrible experience. Over 30 minutes of waiting for the wrong order. The staff were arguing amongst themselves. I will never recommend this place again.

Good place for snacks, variety of burgers, sandwich etc., Car parking place available including those on wheelchair. Narrow access from the door to the main shopping area. Asked for veg sandwich but were given non veg with pig meat in them, for take aways. Had to go back and return them for veg sandwich. Seating arrangements are there too. Covid19 protocol strictly followed. Masks compulsory. Social distancing maintained.

I’m a pretty patient person and have worked in food service, so I don’t tend to post negative reviews. However, I can’t overlook the terrible service here. Inattentive staff chatted away with a visiting pal while others waited to be served. The food was prepared slowly and, ultimately, incorrectly despite a totally standard order. I am hungry and annoyed.

Terrible service and inconsistent pricing!! My single everything bagel was consistently a higher price than was listed on the menu. I asked if they were charging for butter and they said no (I now see online that butter is a $0.89 charge….. crazy in it of itself) and then proceeded to not know why I was being charged $3.28 for a $2.39 classic bagel but still charged me the higher price. There is no mention of a butter charge on the menu.
Shows employee incompetence and bad training if they cannot tell me correctly if and what I’m being charged for butter. Additionally, employees are often not there or do not speak to you when you come in. I was once there when a customer decided to serve himself because an employee was nowhere to be found. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The bagels are fantastic and baked fresh
Wish I could have one for breakfast, but I’ve not been able to as the customer service is less than ideal at the Wayland location.
There’s 2 people on in the morning but both will be taking bagels out of the oven, they will talk amongst each other saying “they’re gonna have to wait “….you’d assume they were talking about the bagels so they could assist the customers piling up in the store. No, they’re referring to the customers. I understand being a little backed up, but just a friendly hang on we will be right with you would do wonders….after waiting 7 minutes without so much as any type of “be right with you” or literally any acknowledgement, well, customers including myself ended up leaving.
