One thing I will say about this Little Caesars location is they are great at large volume orders. Staff is very friendly. Pizza always piping hot… Organizations, like churches, golf outings, kids groups would be thrilled at how efficient they accommodate their large party. I would highly recommend this location for any group, seeking to feed a large hungry crowd.

Ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and it was super doughy, cheese wasn’t even melted all the way and ordered the pretzel crust cheese pizza and was given a regular crust pizza with the cheese sauce. Very disappointed.

The manager handed me burned pizza!!! I ordered an advanced one hour earlier they kept me another 20 minutes waiting for my pizza I asked one of the workers when my pizzas going to be ready she goes to me I don’t know , I asked for the manager I told him he was to meet me track he goes for another 10 minutes to check on my pizza. The store is aware that they suck. I called and asked for the district manager and was advised it’s either Denis or Curtis and the young lady that answered the phone said HER name is Curtis. The reason I asked for thr district manager is because the lady said they are closing because she has to leave and doesn’t want to come back to close..DESPITE there being 4 ppl on the shift as this isnt her store..she said she was from the Flint store but answered the phone as “LittleCeasers Canton..opps I mean Novi”. They refused to sell the food that was cooked (a hot and ready) but an employee walked out with a hand full of food and got in his vehicle but not before he stepped outside for a smoke break.

This store is one of the worst I have ever experienced. They change their opening hours without notice and cancel online orders without notice. I placed my order online for the 11am opening and when I went to the store to pick it up they said they could not open until 12pm as shown in the picture. When I returned to the store at 12:00, my order was cancelled without my permission. Staff shortage has nothing to do with us customers. The store manager and Little Cesars headquarters should do something to prevent this from happening again. Today was my son’s birthday party and this Little Cesars behavior has ruined it. I would recommend not to use this store.
