This is not fast food. It took over 20 minutes just to place the order and we were the only ones in the drive thru line. After placing the order, we weee asked to wait by the sign to receive our food which also took a very long time to deliver.
I can only hope that the food wasn’t messed with as well.
Highly recommend you go to the Popeyes next door.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I have been here about 3 times in the year and a half and every single
Time I’ve been so disappointed. Not only is the food always wrong or missing items they only take one order every 10 minutes and even if you’re the only one in line you will be asked to pull up and they will bring it out. Well as you can imagine that takes another 15-30 min. Unfortunately this place has 3 strikes from me and I will never be back. With this service I’m not sure how they even stay open. Hopefully something replaces it sooner rather than later.

Manager needs retrained and new staff. This location lost a minimum of 11 cars while I waited in line! Slow results meant massive drive offs. I ordered a second order inside because order was wrong. Wasn’t going to fight over it. Owner get your butt in this location. Dave be so pissed

However, my order was correct, hot and tasted great, and the employees were very friendly and apologetic about the delays. I work in food service so I understand the struggle of being understaffed, but they were so kind about the situation they were in!

My fiancé and I stopped here for a bathroom break and food on a roadtrip. Upon walking in the floors were SO greasy I was afraid I was going to slip. While in the bathroom, I noticed the walls were dirty and the wall under the dryer was filthy. We should have elected to leave without ordering, but I digress. A family of an older woman, 2 younger girls and a young man were ahead of us. One of the young girls with an infant was standing behind the counter (I determined she actually worked there) but her child was touching the order screen, screaming loudly, then the young man with her went behind the counter with the child also. I ordered from the kiosk and the young man behind the counter confirmed my order. There was drink spilled on the counter, the workers had awful body language then began arguing about the orders. There was clearly no motivation to get orders prepared quickly at all. The young man making my order did apologize for the wait. After about 15 mins I received my order, it was wrong but I was not even going to argue. My drink from the machine tasted like cleaner. I will NEVER return here, and I hope the management takes note and makes the necessary changes to this location for the sake of the town and people who travel through it. I hate I did not take photos to uphold my review, see for yourself if you dare.

Ordered with no mayo – came with extra mayo. Drive thru was backed up and took forever. Ordered with unsweet tea – told we don’t have sweet tea. When corrected they said we don’t have any tea at all. Ticket was rung up correctly but what we got was all wrong. Save yourself the trouble – there is a reason their parking lot is always empty!

If I could give a 0 rating, I would in a minute! This place is by far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. We waited over 40 minutes for our order. When receiving our order, we had to ask for cups, napkins and 2 missing items from our order. The customer service is absolutely terrible as well. They were out of a ton of drink options in the machine. Also, not clean at all! No tables were clean and the bathrooms were awful! There were flies all in the restaurant. DO NOT GO HERE! The owner needs to make some changes or just shut down!

Great food and great prices, the attitude of some of the workers could have been better, it’s the workers/ really the cashiers who help set the atmosphere for the place. Maybe they were just having a bad day when I went, but they definitely weren’t happy to be serving me food.
