At first my sister and I looked at the menu online and saw the prices. Well I needed to make a trip to Baytown and had to wait for another store to open, so I decided to give it a shot. I was not let down at all! The prices reflect the amount of food you receive and the amazing flavors that the chef has put together to give your mouth a wonderful experience. Posting pics! First, the concept of this place is confusing as I’m not sure if a waiter is typically supposed to take your order or if you order at the counter. I have also seen some people saying you order with a QR code in your phone. We were told to seat ourselves so we did and it took about 20 minutes for anyone to greet us and take our drink order, we were never offered a menu and had to look it up on our phone, took about another 20 for our waiter to take food order. Ordered an iced coffee with the food and about 30 minutes later it came out watered down. Took another 30 for our food to come. And I’m pretty sure the turkey sausage is just a seared hot dog. The food tasted fine but paired with the overall experience, was not worth it. The entire experience from sitting down to paying was 2 hours long at a restaurant that I thought was supposed to be quick service style.

It was my first time here and I will definitely come back again. You sit anywhere you like, order at the counter, then they bring your food out. It is nice because I didn’t feel rushed to clear table.Perfect for me since I needed to sit and work for a little bit.The service was excellent.

The food here is delicious. The service was great, waitresses are friendly, not a moment went by before someone came to make sure I had everything I needed. There was constant check in which I appreciated. I was greeted at the door and since this was my first time here the waitress gave me a lot of options on ordering. The juices are fresh squeezed, I had pineapple. I would definitely recommend this cafe.

Today was my first time at this restaurant. When you walk in, there is a sign that says take a menu and seat yourself anywhere you like. I was asked by two different employees if it was my first time here. They told me what the sign said. I waited for close to 10 minutes before I was asked for my order. I was not offered a drink order to get started. I placed my order with a waitress of very few words. I discovered from another patron that you get your own drinks but there were no glasses near the drink station. After receiving my order, I was never checked on again. As I am eating, there are some people who come in and order at the counter and then go to a seat. Very confusing as to the procedures. Patrons are having to get their own silverware also. I am unsure how I get my check at this point. The food was good but customer service and posted procedures are lacking.

We ate here for my daughter’s birthday brunch. She wanted a new place so we gave it a try. We seated ourselves as soon as a table for six became available. Our waitress, Alyssa, brought menus. The food was great. We especially enjoyed the waffles. The servings are large some of us shared with an added side. Alyssa kept our coffee cups filled and met every request even though she had full tables. I will definitely recommend eating here.

It’s very disheartening that your manager, Chris, would scream and curse at not only restaurant staff, but customers as well. Cursing!!! Some Happy Father’s Day this was. He scared children and caused some adults great distress. The manager, as your representative, is a direct reflection of the owner/company. Nobody want to witness a performance like the one Christopher gave today, no matter how good the food is. Most of us would much rather have a mediocre meal with excellent service than what patrons received here today. I think a customer and staff appreciation day is in order and will hopefully clean up the mess that Christopher caused today. I think perhaps Christopher would be happier in a line of employment that doesn’t require interaction with the public. Everyone is good at something, but for him, it appears that restaurant management isn’t it.

I never really leave reviews but this needs to be said. This place is completely unorganized and all the employees seem confused and do not seem like they received proper training on what needs to be done per job scope. The manager is just too focused on the back and nothing is properly getting taken care of in the front. Runners do not know what tables to go to or take care of. As Im writing this people are asking for refunds and leaving and I just got asked what was my order I placed again because they forgot what it was as I have been sitting here for about 25minutes. I hope the best for this place because the food is good. But looks like it needed a bit more attention from the district management before it got left to the onsite management.
