We were there for dinner on New Year’s Eve and they offered a set menu for the night. The service was excellent. We interacted with about 5–6 different staff members, and every single one of them was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude. The restaurant itself looks really nice, and the food was overall delicious.
The only minor downside was that our main course arrived a bit cold. We ordered the wagyu and the lobster, and it seemed like they may have been sitting out for a short time before reaching our table. Since it was already late and a very busy night, we didn’t send them back.
Overall, it was still a great experience, especially considering how busy New Year’s Eve was. I’d definitely go back again.

Just WOW!
I had some important clients in town for a convention and made pre-arrangements for the Butcher Block private dining room. Everything was so well coordinated from the pre-planning with the event planner and advanced consultation with Chef Najib the day prior.
He came up with a spectacular 4 course meal with with pairings by the sommelier that truly wowed my guests.

I’m not usually a fan of hotel restaurants, but this one is an exception. The food is excellent and very well-executed, and the service is attentive and professional. The bar is one of the best in the city. The bartenders are very knowledgeable. I ordered a couple of pre-prohibition cocktails that almost always trip up even bartenders at nicer places, but not only did they know exactly how to make it, they even offered their own slightly modified versions. The bar selection tends toward premium (well above top shelf) and rare liquors. The wine list is also very good, with lots of excellent options ranging from affordable to exceptionally high-end. Both the restaurant and the bar are definitely worth a visit, even if you’re not staying at the hotel.

I dined to Edge a few times now. The 1st time was for my birthday, the server made sure I was having a wonderful time for my special event. The service has always been impeccable from the server assistant who call you by your last name, the friendly and knowledgeable server to the manager who checks on you and welcomes you back. Working in and being passionate about hospitality, it is the place I love to spend my dining experience at. Every experience I had was unique and delicious!

Wish I had better things to say. Had a resy for Thanksgiving dinner at 745 that was made about 3 weeks ago. We were all excited about the offerings. We didn’t know til we got there we had the last seating . I must say the service was great!!!! The food at the fresh seafood bar was great along with the fresh salads and wow the soup…but the main dinner was not the best. I’m was sad to have dry turkey and prime rib along with many sides that were hit or miss. The desert bar was picked over. Something’s good but the toffee cake we heard great things about was also dry and had very little to get. Overall for the cost per person I would not plan on this! I was hoping better things being the Four Seasons for a special night out.

We went during the holiday break, so expected it to be quite busy.it indeed was we still got sat and served pretty fast. I was really happy with the steak it was way better than I expected as they dry it in house.it was really good and flavorful. I definitely would recommend edge steakhouse to anybody in Denver.

This place is absolutely outstanding. Our waiter made our drinks, (great cocktails) very knowledgeable on the menu, and provided great service. Food was incredible. Had the dry aged tuna and my wife had a filet. Highly recommend.

SO GOOD!! We had the best time celebrating a birthday at EDGE. Absolutely loved the fun appetizer creation which our server described as a chicken nugget with caviar on top. That is exactly what it was and it was so tasty! We ordered salmon and filet mignon which were also very good. They were able to cook the salmon well-done, even though it’s listed on their menu as pan-seared. I appreciated their willingness to make this accommodation for us. We ordered a side of the rosemary mashed potatoes and they were TO DIE FOR! The rosemary was so evident but not overwhelming at all! As a birthday treat, they also gave us the sticky toffee pudding which was very tasty. They also accommodated not wanting nuts on this, so they are really good with dietary restrictions/preferences! The service was also fabulous. Our waiter was friendly and professional, and we were promptly checked in on numerous times. We can’t wait to go back to EDGE for another great meal!

The moment we walked into this place, we were greeted by the most attentive staff. My sister, mom, and I had been dining out the length of our stay and my mom was having some bad experiences dining out, but this place changed it all. Our server was welcoming, patient, and answered all our questions. From our main course to dessert, we enjoyed it all. I had the most tasteful coconut panna cotta! Food was delicious, service was excellent, and the dim lit place gave the atmosphere a very private touch. My mom especially liked the bread and made a comment to our server about it. Later, as we were leaving he sneaked in a couple breads for her in a to-go box! It was the nicest touch and an unforgettable experience for my mom. Glad this place turned her outlook around on dining out.

Had dinner here for the first time to celebrate my wife’s birthday and we were blown away. From the service to the atmosphere to the food, everything was over the top. Everything was elegant. As far as food, they have great meat options, which spectacular sides. Highly recommend their wagyu skirt steak, paired with whipped potatoes and the truffle Mac and cheese (to share). To top it off, because we were here on a special occasion, we were presented one of the best sticky toffee puddings ever! Will definitely be coming back.
