You order via a self serve system and I had the grilled pork Bahn Mi and it was okay. The pork was a bit chewy for me and looked more boiled/pan fried than grilled. Wish the bread was warmer/toasted.

This place has great prices and pho options. I was disappointed they did not have the chili oil as an option. Service was very friendly and the environment is on the quieter side. My pho had all three meats in it and it was quiet delicious.

We really enjoyed having a casual dinner at Eat PBC. The vegetarian pho was light and flavorful and the mushroom banh mi was incredible (such good bread and mushroom pate!). Highly recommend!

I was craving for bánh mì before heading back to home in Nashville, TN. I looked up for a bánh mì shop near by and found this one! First, I was so impressed by the smell of the phơ when I first walked in. Second, I was impressed by the decoration. Yellow wall with the drawing of Viet things. And third, it looks so neat and SUPPER clean! It is a very clean open kitchen. Staffs wear gloves while repairing the food.

New place in town, fast food casual…! I love the store setting, it reminds me of home, Vietnam. Friendly service, it’s super clean, I like that. Now it comes to the food, great presentation. I ordered the combo of sandwich and iced coffee. I tried the grilled chicken sandwich first, the meat is juicy, full of vegetables, cucumber, cilantro, pickle carrot- daikon and jalapeno, the bread is so amazing, crunchy on the outside, soft pluffy inside, but the chicken didn’t have the kick of flavor that I expected. Then I saw the recommended sandwich, special pork belly, I went for second round to tried it out. It’s alright in term of flavor. I highly recommend the ice coffee, it’s taste fresh coffee ground, full of flavor, very Vietnamese. but it’s a little too sweet for me. That is my opinion about food, probably because I love cooking, therefore I am kind of not easy to please when it comes to food. In summary, beautiful interior design, friendly and caring services, the food is alright, and the price is great. The sandwich and iced coffee combo cost $10. I recommend this place for those who love Vietnamese food. I would come back to this place any time I am in town.

Good clean space, decent menu options, fast casual Vietnamese food. It’s counter service and the food is decently priced ($7 banh mi) for the area – better cheaper Vietnamese food can be had on Buford hwy but the prices are set for Sandy Springs which makes sense. The banh mi we got were delicious- fresh soft bread, crisp pickled and fresh veggies and really good pate as a base. They have combos that come with a drink and sandwich or bowl of pho – The bubble tea and coffee are all pre made so the sugar levels are not adjustable and they only had a few flavors available. I would like to see a menu combo option for a half sandwich and small bowl of pho that would be a perfect lunch! This place is set pretty far back in the shopping center next to canton cook and the T-Mobile store so it’s a little hard to find but it’s worth it!

Honestly the BEST pho and Vietnamese sandwich I’ve had in Georgia. I’m from Seattle so know lots of great pho places, but it’s so hard to find a top-quality, great-tasting pho in GA. Only downside is that I live good 50min away from this place so can’t come here often.
