Social Profile:

Open for indoor or outdoor dining! We are a locally owned eatery with a menu featuring artisan sandwiches, salads and a real fruit & veg smoothie bar. We also serve Firecreek Coffee (locally roasted) and have a full service Espresso bar. Enjoy our newly renovated dining area or sit at the bars or outdoor seating and watch historic Route 66 pass by. We source many of our ingredients locally so that you can enjoy sandwiches made on local bread and coffee roasted at a nearby roastery. We strived to create a menu that would be unexpected and delicious. People love our unusual sandwich options that are loaded with meat and have special unexpected touches (our favorite is the Chicago BLT).

A casual spot with brightly colored interiors & a menu focused on classic breakfast & lunch fare.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times now and really like it. It’s clean with cool decor, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delicious. I tried the Italian sandwich, and it was awesome. It’s a good portion of food that isn’t too filling. If there is one thing that I would change, it would be the lemonade. I like mine tarter.

They’re pretty fast when making food and the prices are reasonable. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 min for food. It’s great for a quick meal, and you don’t want traditional fast food. The service is also kind and attentive. I’ll admit, I like the breakfast more than the lunch but both are decent.

Very pleasant place for breakfast or a simple lunch. I had a breakfast bagel and it was fantastic, much better than expected. It was a real meal, very filling: I didn’t need lunch.

This was my first time coming here and I got the Reuben and a side kale salad. The workers were friendly and the space was cute! The Reuben was really good, had a very unique kick and tang to the sauce. My salad didn’t have any dressing on it so I didn’t eat it because it was just plain, so that was disappointing. Overall, I’ll go back again but get a different side.

Claire N,
Stopped here on our way to Phoenix and happily surprised. The atmosphere was great, very friendly and welcoming staff, and a creative menu. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they forgot to take pesto off my sandwich (I have an allergy). But they were very apologetic and remade it quickly. All the food was hot and tasted fresh. Wish we lived here so we could come back next week.

Loved it. Best kept (not so) secret in Flagstaff. Delicious creative, super fresh menu, something for every taste. The avocado touch was to die for! Design and decor upbeat and colorful. The coffee was first class blend smooth just what you need to start the day out right. So good and original concept, look for it on route 66 next to the Gun and Pawn.

When my cousin comes into town from Cupertino, I always take her here for a lavender latte, we get the Netta beer which has honey and lavender. She loves it. I am a big fan of the lunches. I also have always had good service here. Recently, I left my purse here and the manager Jon found it and messaged me and everything was in there. I had cash in it and everything and I just really appreciate them. I always recommend Eat n run to my clients at my vacation rental.

We always go to Eat n Run while visiting Flagstaff, and it is one of the highlights of our trip. They have a unique menu with healthy, fresh ingredients and bold flavors. So much better than the bland food you get at Fast food chains. My favorite breakfast is their gluten free avocado toast, it’s amazing! I also love their sunrise smoothie, it is so refreshing and not too sweet. My daughter ordered the waffle in this picture and loved it so much, she said it was “an excellent balance of tart and sweet”… which sums up the food that I have ordered from them, their flavors are really on point.

This is not your run-of-the-mill big franchise. This seemed to be a very pleasant locally owned and run establishment.

I don’t drink coffee but months ago I tried the Savannah and can’t do milk and they have great non-dairy choices. I LOVE this place. The nicest people, great service and great choices if food and drinks. When in Flagstaff, I always stop and have a Savannah.
