I’ve been here with some friends a few times. The food and drinks are always affordable. On St. Patrick’s Day, the treatment we received made us decide to be regulars! We met the owner Thumper and she was a delight! The food is always hot and fresh and they have homemade sauces and moonshine. When you go in, make sure to try Thumper’s Apple Pie shot. You can taste the hug in it!

My husband and I stopped in last night. The bartender was very rude and dismissive to us. They didn’t have our drinks we requested and he never offered an alternative. He was short and rude the entire time. This is the second encounter with the same bartender. This could be a very nice neighborhood bar. If they had nicer staff.

Bartenders are amazing they will sever you cold drinks and cook you a danm good burger for lunch or a egg sandwich for breakfast. If you just want to have a chill atmosphere I would go to Eastpointe pub
