This is the BEST ice cream shop I’ve ever been to!!! First off, the ambience is absolutely stunning. The whole place is decked out with beautiful under-the-sea theme!! (Do yourself a favor and check it out at night when the decorations really get a chance to shine in the dark) I could probably write a review on that alone, but the ice cream is the main reason this place is incredible. Everything is natural, made from SCRATCH and fresh, making the quality the BEST in the area. The flavors themselves are delicious and unique too! We tried the lavender flavor which was decadent, and had one of their creations off of the menu. It included tiramisu (from Italy!!) and espresso ice cream. Absolutely divine. I try tiramisu wherever I go and I’ve never had something so perfect before. Thank you again to the team for making such a great product and giving us a wonderful experience! We can’t wait to come back.

This underwater themed ice cream parlor was awesome!! From the moment of entry you are submerged into an underwater oasis that’s beautiful decorated and equally as encouraging. The home made ice cream is delicious and offers many varieties and flavors to choose from. They even offer vegan options. Owner was very nice and inviting. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely step in again.

this place is a gem! the ice cream was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. i was able to try a few different samples, and every single one was spot on. the cotton candy was made fresh and tasted amazing. the owner was incredibly sweet and attentive, such a lovely experience all around!

Cat (or Kat) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the business. She was great at describing the different options and even allowed me and some friends to check out the Cafe side, which wasn’t open at the time.
The ice cream was so delicious! Favorite flavor was the Belgian Oreo! Also the Bubbly Popcorn was a fun treat too!
The atmosphere was a dramatic collection of mermaid decor mixed in with other under the sea vibes! Kids will love it! The Cafe side, which is constantly being added to, had a huge collection of all sorts of nautical elements, done in a very creative but fun way!
Whether you have kids or just craving some ice cream, plus go out of your way to experience this super unique and one of a kind ice cream experience!

I could not wait to write this review! 12/10 experience that makes this the most memorable ice-cream spot in town. I was overjoyed the entire time. First you can smell the goodness of the shop before even entering, then when you enter you see the beautiful colors and paintings on the wall filled with positive affirmations. We were able to sample flavors before we bought it which is a major plus. The Belgium cookie/oreo and the lavender ice-cream….i could of passed out it was so good. The taste of that ice-cream made me come back 2 days in a row. The staff are so nice and adults be sure to ask about the wonderful surprise in the back. Loved every second!

This place is so cute!!! I love the decor and the overall vibe, it’s like a mermaid themed slumber party and holds just the right amount of nostalgia for my millennial self. There are fishes painted on the walls that glow under the black lights, and sayings painted on the walls. Great for pictures. The ice cream is yummy too.

So many great things to share!
1. The atmosphere is incredible for all ages. We had no idea about this place until we walked in and we were floored! So amazing and fun. They had baby toys, mermaid tails to try on for photo ops, and more!
2. The experience was cool too! Our 3 year old pulled up a chair to watch the ice cream get made he loved the dry ice effect of it all. The mermaid serving was was super fun too! She was so sweet and fit the role perfectly.
3. The ice cream isn’t your usual. It’s better! It may not be creamy like you’re used to, but the flavors are real and we didn’t realize how terribly flavored other shops are compared to here. real banana, strawberry, cocoa powder.. amazing taste!
4. We didn’t wait long at all. We waited a reasonable pace for made to order ice cream. Honestly we liked the wait to take in everything the shop has in it!

Kat was an absolute exceptional mermaid! The location has many photo opportunities, is very clean and such a pleasant experience! The ice cream was delicious and made right before your eyes! I definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back!

was super excited to go here because of the ambiance and that they make their ice cream in house. was a little bummed there was a dollar upcharge for vegan ice cream but happy they offered it nonetheless! I asked for vanilla ice cream with strawberries blended in for a 50 cent upcharge and then paid 50 cents more for banana slices. The ice cream took longer, tasted like shaving cream, had no sweet taste, had 4 slices of banana, and cost almost $14 after tax for me to just throw it away. they were really polite people but it was really upsetting experience 🙁
