The staff is very attentive and friendly. I was seated right away and ordered quickly, as I was on my lunch hour. The miso soup was kind of bland, but the beef and broccoli and sushi were wonderful. It wasn’t very crowded, but they seat people right next to each other, with plenty of empty seats around. Also, some employees were playing games on their phones, at full volume, right behind me. Good decor and menu. I will try again.

First time I have ever gone here but will not be the last! wanted to try a new place and saw the little fishy pond and had to go :]. The menu was very extensive and had many options, a lot of vegetarian ones as well. I really enjoyed the sesame beef, pink lady sushi, and the red bean cake. The food was all presented beautifully and was very filling and tasty. It was a little expensive, but for the flavor and heartiness of it, I’d go again on a nice occasion. Do wish the food was a tad spicier though, but I guess that’s not everyone’s thing . The waiters were very attentive and kind.

So gross! Both the food and customer service! Sushi was horrible and gave us bad tummy aches after, the fish tasted rotten like it has not been handled properly. When I brought it up to the management they made me feel like they were more superior and I was wrong. DO NOT GO THERE! Also very expensive and they force you to tip! Don’t believe their 4 star, I over heard that they do fake positive reviews to cover up the negative!

They added 20% gratuity to my bill along with the worst service I’ve ever received. Servers were loud and rude, cutting us off from ordering drinks and rushing us to order food. Calamari was tender and the pork dumplings were average but the sushi was very bland, missing sauces and toppings they’re said to come with. Definitely avoiding this one

I would normally just take the loss and move on, but this was just wrong. My fiancé and I ordered takeout , ordered it for 4:10. After getting there 10 minutes early my order was ready and just waiting. (Not what a timed order should be when working with sushi?)

Indoor koi fish pond is interesting & beautiful. Sushi is tasty & made fresh. Best General Tso chicken I’ve ever had!!! John, in the bar, is a great guy & makes a wonderful margarita. I definitely recommend Eastland!
