Been coming here since I was a kid. It’s changed throughout the years but it has always been the place to go in the Holcomb area. We ate outside back to back nights and the service was great. Plus we were able to bring our good boy and he loved the attention. Live music was great too.

We had our wedding here this past Saturday. The employees at Eastbay made everything so easy and enjoyable for us. Dave has one of the most beautiful venues and you can’t beat the deal he gives you!! Denise kept in contact with me and was so easy to work with. She was always there to answer all of my questions. Deb went over the top for us the night of our rehearsal and the day of our wedding. The whole crew was top notch. All of our guests absolutely loved the food. I would recommend anyone that is looking for the perfect venue for their upcoming wedding or get together check Eastbay Lodge out for sure!!

Best place to go when out on the boat! Hands down the only table service you will receive on Lake Holcombe where the server won’t forget to come back or even notice you are there. Food is delicious, and the view is one of a kind. Had our wedding here 6 years ago so always is a special treat to visit on the weekends.

Saturday night steak special was good, it came with salad bar, soup and potato. Everything was tasty and service was good. Also a great view of the water from the dinning room. Was bummed they no longer have Scotch eggs

Share the details of my experience. Just the facts. Where we’re from, which is only about 30 minutes South of there, an Arnie Palmer is just lemonade and iced tea. Adding vodka, if desired, is an add on. And what kind of vodka? No dice here. My Dad, who is an 84 tee-totaler and kind enough to drive us out there, was given the alcoholic version. Asking what alcohol was in it, the server did not know. Food, being delivered, was auctioned off even down to the last person. Consistent, and very persistent, inquiring for plates might’ve been seen as professional. Had not 5, out of 6, people still been dining.

It might just be me, because they were actually very busy, but it was my first time up there and I had the fish and bbq salad bar. Everything was very bland. Coleslaw had no flavor, potatoes and fish weren’t very good. I even ordered the deep fried donuts before I left thinking those would at least be good. When I got in my vehicle to try one only one was covered in cinnamon and sugar. None of the other donuts were. My s/o got the Cajun sandwich. It was plain with no sauce. Just chicken and jalapeños and cheese. He didn’t even finish his food. We both didn’t. I did not think it was worth the $70 and the drive up there. I’m guessing people go there because of the scenery because that is why we wanted to go, but I did not enjoy the food at all. I have not had that disappointing of food in a long time. Beautiful venue but very bland typical lodge food.

Came here to eat, service was a little bit slow. Ordered a French dip, a lot of the items on the menu were not available. The food was ok, the sandwich was kind of small. Place was clean inside and out . Campground is right outside this place. They also have a sand volleyball court.
