It’s 6:26am and I have been sitting in drive thru for a long time. I ordered ahead at 6:09 while in the parking lot!!. People are leaving out of the store and out of drive thru running to 7-Eleven which is in the same shopping center. This is ridiculous. Is there only 1 person in this DD. Don’t come here if you want to get to work on time!!!! Finally at window it’s 6:29 and 3 people asked me what’s on app order. Smdh!

Really need to hire and train more people. This location has been open for a few months, but still operates as if it were the first day. It should never take twenty minutes to get through a drive through when there are only 4 cars in front of you.

This is a new location that is still getting things together. The biggest problem I had was using their mobile ordering service, my order was simple, but they can’t see what I ordered on their computers. I had to tell them what I ordered, which is counterintuitive. Why have a mobile order service if I have to tell them what I ordered? If my order was any more complicated I would be a lot more frustrated.
