It had been a long while, so we thought we would give them another try. The service was very good. You could dine from the buffet or order from the menu. We had to ask that a couple of items be refilled on the buffet. The food was good, but by the time the items were refilled we were finished.

For $40 we had 4 drinks (no refills), 1 plate of cold “hot” food each (kids didn’t eat anything!!) & 4 bowls of ice cream. The food was terrible, especially for the price. We won’t be going back. Horrible waste of money. It was good 2 years ago. Maybe we caught a bad time, but it was too expensive for what they offered.

Great cheerful service and wonderful quality food. Buffet is priced higher in the evening than lunch and for some reason higher on the weekends. Takeout is popular too but you must be able to close the container. Easy to find on the main road through town.

If the price doubles at 5pm Id strive to have each bin filled with fresh, hot food. My wife and I and our 2 babies arrived post 5ish. For my first(and subsequently my final) plate i loaded no less than 8 varieties, sampled each and they were all stone cold. The rice was even beginning to dehydrate. FORTY BUCKS.

Terrible food!!! General tso’s chicken was hard, I ate 1 piece, put 1 piece in my mouth… tasted like they spilled raw fish on my food. Threw it away!!! My crab claws appetizer was horrible! They literally popped a crawfish claw off, stuck it in a piece of imitation crab meat and fried it. The cheese wanton was so sweet. The only good thing was the egg roll! I love Chinese food, and eat it about once a week, but I will never, never, never eat here again!!

Been too ALOT of Chinese buffets in my life and I am I Whiteville NC for work…and I decided to come here and I will say it is by far the cleanest Buffet I’ve EVER been into in my life…you could honestly eat off the floor in this place!! And the server is awesome! Food is also awesome and hot on the buffet!! Only complaint I have is no fountain sodas available just canned sodas but the nice lady at the front did let me know before I sat down to eat…but the sweet tea was fine! If I am ever in Whiteville NC again I’ll be back!!!

East Wind was always a treat for us when we were kids. My mom would get a few of the chicken wings and shrimp fried rice combos and we would share them. The taste has changed over the years, but it is still very good.
