My dad used to talk about eating at the Arctic Circle in the 1960’s . He always talked about the fries as he went to the Native American boarding school north of Salt Lake. I absolutely loved the halibut and fries and my daughter had the #3. That fry sauce is fire.

I’ve been here with my family plenty of times. With each time it seems to be getting worse. I used to work in the food industry and understand how a restaurant staffs according to need, and cooking food to order, but this??! We ordered a kids meal chicken ring, a #2 with no pickles, a grilled chicken wrap, a LARGE sweet potato fry, and also a large mango Rickey. Now I know inflation has raised prices, but this is not okay. This isn’t even a regular sweet potato fry. I know because I order them all the time. This is negligence and honestly theft. Order mess ups happen, but this is uncalled for! Especially since these were more expensive!!! These fries were in my son’s kids meal, the regular fry from my daughter’s and then mine. As you can see the kids meal had more fries then mine did. Not to mention that they took over 20 minutes to get these cold fries, cold burgers, but the wrap was lukewarm. Article circle says it’s where the good stuff is, but that’s a far stretch.

Best service I’ve ever gotten at a fast food joint! The employees were extremely nice and cared to repeat order back multiple times off of memory to make sure it was correct. Loved the courtesy cones!

Stopped here on our way back to SLC. We waited for 25 minutes for our order. I would love some insight on what could possibly take that long in a “fast food” restaurant?! And no, it wasn’t busy, 1 order in front of ours. Definitely won’t be going back.
