Very disappointed. I ordered nachos, cheese, and sour cream and received very little; it barely covered the bottom of the container. Also, we ordered a large pizza with double bacon and double pineapple only to receive 2-3 pieces of pineapple if that on each slice. After getting our food I was upset due to the fact that it cost almost $35 so I contacted the manager only to be disappointed again. The manager stated that since I only ordered chips, meat, cheese and sour cream that’s all I get. I told her that I understood but however common sense would tell me that if someone didn’t receive, the black olives, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, etc then I would put at least more chips in. The manager stated that they would only do that if I requested it. I shouldn’t have to request it; it’s common sense! She explained that they have specs to meet and that they are required to meet their specs; well if 2-3 pieces of pineapple is considered double pineapple for their specs then they should look at raising them. After our conversation was not going anywhere I just thanked her for her time. Honestly, I was expecting an apology but no! I am just flabbergasted that she didn’t even say she was sorry! Horrible customer service.

Waited over an hour for delivery. Called to ask about it and the lady was extremely rude. Finally got food and the pizza was cold no breadsticks that I ordered, the sub was fine. Called in to complain and wanted a new pizza that was hot and with more than two pepperonis on it along with my breadsticks sent to me at no charge. The lady proceeded to argue with me and then hung up on me. My mother went there to get my money back and the young lady there was extremely polite and asked the lady in charge for help and she came out and was extremely rude and started slamming on the cash register and wouldn’t even acknowledge my mom!! Got half of my money back and no pizza or breadsticks!! Will say tho that the man who delivered my food was so nice and apologized over and over for the long wait and said he didn’t know what was going on there!! Safe to say East of Chicago is no longer my pizza place!!

East of Chicago called me. “Hey so we know you’re a regular and you usually always order pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives but I saw that you ordered it pepperoni, green olives and black olives this time. I just wanted to make sure that’s right so we don’t send you the wrong thing”
Like how kind is that?? Lol. I also just can’t believe they remember my order like that lol, I clearly order too much pizza haha. I did want green olives this time but I still really appreciated them checking like that. I love this east of Chicago. They’re always so nice even when they get slammed!

Website/app is not user friendly at all and very annoying to use.. also doesn’t give an option to pay for your food with cash.. and you might as well not bother calling because they either wont answer or the line will be busy for an hour. They forget things in orders all the time. I honestly hate that this is my children’s favorite place for pizza and wings!

They really have good Pizza bowls but for the last 3 delivery our food was in the bottom of that cheap bags and I call them and let then know how I feel about there delivery and they hang up lol

The employee who was assisting me at the register did not put on a mask per covid regulations. Nobody else there were wearing masks either. The food was decent tasting. Very greasy though.

Delivery is great, driver was so sweet and person over the phone didn’t mind me calling asking how much longer it was going to possibly be. The amazing service made up greatly for how long it took in my opinion 🙂

Be careful ordering online. Since they dont send you a confirmation email the site doesnt always send the order but it will still charge you. Then you have to wait until it posts to your account to get the refund and go to the store and prove the transaction. But the service from this store is great. The online ordering sucks.
