Promised a 45-minute wait time, I waited on my food for over an hour and a half. When I called in multiple times to see where my food was, they kept picking up and hanging up. After 8 tries and *67, they finally answered just to laugh and say they don’t know where the delivery driver is since they aren’t with them… super unprofessional to have a bunch of untrained young adults handling food that have no clue how to communicate let alone do their job.

My food was marked as delivered and it wasn’t. I don’t know if they just decided not to make it or if the driver got hungry? Will be calling in the AM to speak with someone but based on previous reviews that probably won’t help. No photos because I got nothing from them.

Stopped in while in town for the day to get a deep dish, the pizza was delicious & came out quickly. Service was friendly. The only seating is a couple tables outside. Will stop again !

They did not honor the current menu prices. Medium speciality pizza should have been $14.99 and 10 wings 9.99. According to the menu they have posted at their store. I was charged $31.98!!!! Won’t be ordering from there again. Cause advertisement!!!! Beware

The deep dish pizza wasn’t as good as it should have been. Couldn’t find the Pepperoni or the hamburger. And the price was high too. $14.99 and it was all dough. Also the cheese garlic bread 4 pieces was $6.99. Maybe I should call it Biden’s East Of Chicago. And it doesn’t even look like it’s supposed to. Picture on left is our pie picture on right (middle)is what it’s supposed to look like.

Called to order a LG 3 topping pizza. When the order was repeated back and it was incorect I asked to start the order over. I was told by the manager “I do not have time for this, you messed the order up”. I apologized and again asked if we could just start over. The manager responded ” the order is not wrong”. I was very confused as being I am the one placing the order for my food. So rude. Very disappointing! Not to mention it was 11:01 am I had to be the first call of the day !

Got the Chicago style pizza so I was unable to see toppings also tipped them well on a 40$ order.I wanted just onions on it and they put banana peppers and green peppers no onions.im allergic to banana peppers and just almost died after taking a bite .thank God i had my epipen or I could be dead.never again will I order from this horrible establishment.
