Have been to this place many times. Place is small but has plenty of free parking spaces. Food is good. We consistently order what I posted in the picture and they never disappoint. Soup dumping, not shown in the pic, is also delicious. Waitress doesn’t talk much but is nice. Recommend this restaurant.

Had the family spicy hot pot – the chicken was tender and they also added fish filet and real beef slices in there. But the soup lacks flavor. The beef pancake was also salty but lacking flavors.

We had not been here since the start of the pandemic. Like every place else, prices have gone up significantly, especially for beef noodle soups. They had removed the big communal table and now only had 4 small tables for dining in. Seemed most of their business was for takeouts.

The Chinese food is good and tastes very genuine. I am giving 4 stars because they are not really efficient I waited quite a while for my food. Also the Chinese fried dough should come with the soy milk because they are the perfect match! But I waited for my soy milk 🙁

The pan fried chicken dumplings are pretty good with big fillings inside. The pork soup dumplings were broken during delivery and all the juices came out so they didn’t taste that great. The red bean puffs and taro puffs were smaller than expected

Have ordered from this place more times than I can count and it never disappoints. By far the best Chinese food in downtown JC. Must tries include the chili braised beef noodle soup, scallion pancake with chili pepper beef, and taro puff (the last two are pictured with the pork dumplings, which are good but wouldn’t say “must try”). Closest thing you’ll get to dim sum around here. It is a bit pricey for JC but until there’s another decent competitor, this is it.

I stopped by The East Flour today to get lunch and study a little and really liked this spot! The people working there were so nice and kept checking in to make sure we were enjoying the food. I was really excited to see they had a smoked salmon bagel with capers and it really hit the spot! They definitely didn’t skimp on the smoked salmon My boyfriend got their lava burger with sweet potato fries and also really enjoyed it, I’d be back for sure!

Bad food experiences always ruin the day. Save the day avoid this place. If you unfortunately have suffered from it, don’t forget to leave a one star! As you can see the number of one star surges but the owner keep buying bots to leave fake five stars. Together we can save more lives. Cheers
