Fries were crispy and well seasoned. The catfish sandwich had two big pieces of catfish that was lightly breaded and seasoned. Prices are typical for a seafood restaurant. Would like to go back to try other items there.

Great food, local and family flavor… the drinks (cocktails) are also really good.. The crispy fried corn out of the cub was the highlight of the visit, never had that before, besides the good food it became a culinary new experience. Planning on going there for karaoke night on Saturdays. Come support local, southern, family, friendly, growing restaurant!!

The food was good. But, not much of a selection on the menu. The staff worked hard and made sure the experience was a good one. But they tried too hard. The menu is a bit pricey and they don’t have anything to offer that helps them stand out from other restaurants in the immediate area. Hopefully this will changein time as they settle in, due to Dyson only being open a short time. We would go back when they are more established and try again.

We went last Friday night. We had heard they were having some issues getting things off on the right track, so we wanted to give them some time before we tried them. My wife had the shrimp platter with onion rings and salad. I got the platter with fried catfish, fried shrimp, crab cake, french fries and cole slaw. We also ordered a side of hush puppies. We wait staff was friendly, but had her hands full of customers! The food came out in a strange order too! We got our entrees, but no salad, cole slaw or hush puppies…had to ask for it. Plus no cocktail sauce or catsup, we finally went to the counter and asked for it. Don’t know how much experience the wait staff has – they were trying, but definitely need some training. Overall the food was very good! You get a reasonable portion for the price. This place has got to get better organized if it is going to make it – I hope they do, because the food and quality of the food is good! The guy who appeared to be the owner was very involved, but he must get more help – he can not do it all!

We got the Buffalo chicken dip and chicken and waffles. All of our food was barley warm and presentation was a 2/10. Waffle had a sour taste. Only had one server for 7 tables, and he was trying his best. Best thing we got was the fresh water with lemon. Hopefully with time they will work out the kinks.

We came in on 7/09/23 for brunch. First off the service was great. You choose where you want to sit. Soon as we sat down our waitress was there with a smile an taking care of us. We had the jerk wings waffles fried fish with onion rings and Cole slaw. Everything was delicious.

My first time visiting this place and I will never go back. 1st for a 19.50 fish plate and all I got was fries is absolutely ridiculous. The fish was soggy and full of grease. I even tried to mask the taste with Sriracha sauce wish didn’t help. I’m not sure if the grease needs to be changed but it tasted as if I got a plate full of grease instead of catfish.

This place is a breath of fresh air when it comes to restaurants in our area. We have needed something new here, and this is it. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious. And the customer service is excellent. I recommend you try Dyson. It’s worth it.
