This place is an absolute joke. I go here every morning in order the same drink and pay a different price every day depending on who is working and I’ve never ever been to a coffee shop and tasted a drink they made and didn’t like them and had them tell me they can’t fix it for me. Every coffee shop would always fix it for you. Happy customer? Absolutely ridiculous. You all need to get on the same page for your pricing and have some adults work there it might have a change.

This is the RUDEST crew I have never encountered. If you go in, music in unbearably loud. Staff grunt instead of using words and are obviously pestered by your existence. I spoke with the manager and she just said a few ‘im sorry’ without really caring and cross examined me as to why I was claiming the staff is rude. I will NEVER return to this location and I only wish I could talk to the owner so he could clean house!!!!

Hands down the most expensive Dutch Brothers I have ever visited. They charge a good $1-2 more than any of the ones in Oregon. ($1.75 for a large water!!! ) Granted, you are probably paying for sales tax too. The staff was not very friendly either. Won’t be back.

After writing my review, I scrolled down to see if others were equally dismayed by their experiences here and I was not disappointed. There are many reviews saying the same things I noticed. So this store clearly does not care about improving it’s service because the music was still blaring.

Sure was a nice treat. Caramel Machiato blended, iced, and awsome! The guys inside were banging them out just as fast as they could. The ladies were all over the orders and friendly. The gents, not so much. Just a smile, or a “Hi. WE’LL have your order out right away”. Nope. But they did wish me a good day on my way out.

Honestly there is no other coffee place that does coffee as good as Dutch Bros. If you’re coming from out of town I highly recommend stopping in for something delicious that’ll give you a pep in your step! Having a rough day? Dutch Bros will make it better. Feeling blue? Dutch Bros will let the sunshine stream right on through. Fast, friendly, there is never a dull moment at Dutch Bros!

I went to dutch Bros today and got a drink. The blender made a horrendous sound. I am almost done with my drink and low and behold the blade of the blender is in the bottom of my cup!!! I am calling corporate first thing in the morning when they open!

While I understand that it’s likely that walk-in customers are very few and far between at DB, we went in to order. The coffee was fine. The music cranked up to 10 was the issue. It was so loud that the person taking our order couldn’t hear us, and we couldn’t hear them. We all had to repeat ourselves several times to get our order in. I’m all for having fun at work, but when you realize there’s a problem with serving your customers, it would be good to take action. We’ll hit the drive-through next time. Or go somewhere else.

I would say that this is only Dutch bro stand in town that constantly makes the drinks wrong either they forget the floats that go on top or they don’t double blend drinks when you ask them to or they just make you the entirely wrong drink. I just let it go because I’m usually in a hurry. They need to train the Baristas longer or do a better job because there’s so many new Baristas at the stand and none of the new ones know how to make drinks properly or with the right ingredients. It’s probably not their fault it’s probably the people training them
