Very friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t decide what exactly to eat so the gentleman working that day was very helpful.
Garlic noodles w the chicken was pretty good! There’s enough that I was able to save some for dinner. Was given an option to try the kiwi lemonade? Soooo gooood! Pretty cool new addition to the Venetian food court.

Bay Area gem hidden in the Canal Shoppes at the Venetian hotel food court! We are from the Bay but hardly get Blue Saigon because the line is always so long. We were so excited to see their Vegas location!! The food is exactly the same and the service was excellent! We ordered our fav plates, candy chicken wings with garlic noodles (highly recommend) and it was perfect. It was the best lunch we had on our Vegas trip, hands down!!!

I visit Blue Saigon at least two or three times a week, that’s just how great it is. The spicy fries have quickly become a classic. I have taken turns with all the different meat on the fries but the spicy chicken fries have hypnotized me into love. The secret sauce, the cheese the chilli all mixes together and you get taken on a journey to taste bud paradise. It also helps that the employees are amazing too, being as efficient as they are aside with also having the correct vibe as they assist with your order is just hard to reenact. I can’t stop recommending this food to everyone, pretty sure I look crazy.. that’s how great it is People! Great … I just got my mouth watering.. Ble Saigon here I come.

Our group had the garlic noodles, beef pho and chicken pho. I also had the strawberry mango lemonade. Great flavour and a good portion. Prices are expensive for pho, but I also understand that you are paying a premium on the strip. Would come here again!

Putting hot soup in plastic bowl is cancerous and it’s a fact, melting the plastic in heat is carcinogenic , almost $23 for this small plastic bowl of ready made pho , i was asking for tap water but declined , they wanted me to buy a $5 drinks full of sugar , i ask for courtesy cup then , oh they charge me $.50, food is horrible . Instant noodles tastes better ! Waste of money, previous review was correct and a fact , the guy in the counter is rude and don’t know what customer service is !
PS . Whoever is the person replying to bad service is the dumbest person who works in this industry. You should be humble and not boastful about your low grade take away considering you’re in Venetian and $1 instant noodles is better than your pho. Yours has so much MSG in it and was vomiting after eating it because i paid for it . Just keep your mouth shut and not be arrogant on replying the reviews . Be polite, humble and apologetic instead of being rude and arrogant. Stay away in this fake pho if you don’t want to vomit from too much MSG .

Very disappointed!!! Flew from New Zealand to Los Angeles and drove to Las Vegas to come try your Garlic Noodles…got here at 8.30pm and it was closed.
Guy cleaning up rudely said we ran out of food. I asked when it opened the next day…he said 9am.
We arrived at 5pm…website still says it’s open till 9pm. Once again place is closed.
If you are going to have a business…please learn to manage your restaurant accordingly.
Guy behind the counter was rude again today, saying I don’t own the place and we have run out of food.. Would not talk to me. Please hire new staff. Your staff are doing you a disservice.
Your food might taste good but I would not know and will never know!!!
P.S. A sign on the counter explaining that you are closed would saved having to interact with your rude, immature, arrogant staff!!!
P.P.S. Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately your camera footage would not show me throwing anything at your staff member as the jar rolled off the counter and on to the floor and smashed. Your staff member was yelling at me from in the kitchen in the back area at the time telling me there was no food and he had things to do.
Your said staff member has not been truthful and is trying to cover up what really happened. I would not believe what your staff member and his story as we had not at anytime discussed any food items as we were there only to try your garlic noodles which we had seen on You Tube. I understand you would want to believe your staff member, but trust me, his objective was to make me out to be the villain.
Anyone would react negatively to such poor customer service and the way that your employee spoke to me, cursing and using foul language. It really reflected badly on your business and the people I had spoken to in the food court when arrived at your store on both occasions were not impressed as we were not the only people that had come there to eat.
