They prioritize the drive thru over the mobile orders. The mobile up told me that my order was ready when it wasn’t. So they told me five mins.. waited, went back, they said to wait another five minutes and that they were really busy. Busy with the drive thru peeps only it seemed, so I waited. After 15 mins or so, I went to the window again and gave me my straws that it be 2 more minutes, then shortly, that female worker knew who I was and still decided to literally overly shout my name as if I was not near her. Got my order and never going back to that ugly and unprofessional employees from Dutch bros at that location! Management, u need to do a better job hiring better people who are kind and willing to treat customers with utmost respect and professional.

I have been frequenting the San Juan location 1-2 times per week. I have had a numerous bad customer service experiences with a employee named Jade. I have withheld from leaving bad reviews in the past, as I know everybody has a bad day once in a while. However, after today’s visit and seeing her wipe her nose on her hand and continue to prepare drinks without washing her hands, I have decided to write this review and switch locations. The problem is not dutch bros, rather Jade. She is rude, condescending and overall disrespectful to customers and staff as I have witnessed it firsthand.She needs to receive better training or look for another job that does not deal with customer service. I have brought this issue up with other employees and they claim to know exactly what I’m talking about. She needs to be fully aware that she has a job because of the customers.

There’s a girl at Dutch Bros with pink hair who always makes my day! She’s super friendly, has the best customer service, and makes amazing drinks every single time. You can tell she really cares about her job and her customers. If you see her working, you know your drink is going to be perfect. Highly recommend stopping by when she’s there!

I was so disappointed in the service we received at the Dutch Bros location. I’ve been to Dutch Bros plenty of time and never had any issues. I did order incorrectly because I forgot to ask for the soft top and so I asked if it could be added, and I paid She was very upset then they didn’t put Boba in my drink so I let her know and she was quick to let me know that I need to learn how to order. I asked to speak to a manager because that was extremely rude. She said there is no managers running the location and no number to contact. She also refuse to give us her name so that we could report this issue.

I had an absolute wonderful experience at the Dutch Bros in San Juan! Sophia did an amazing job! She was the definition of a bruhista; incredibly fast/bubbly and friendly/super patient despite the afternoon rush. My iced black ice tea dragon slayer was perfect, and her genuine smile and friendly attitude really made my day. She deserves major kudos!

So I absolutely love the drinks here however, I don’t see any benefit of them taking the orders before hand if they still take a while to make the drinks, I still had to wait 20 mins after they took my drink order to get my drink… they start the drinks when you hit the window I mean might as well just take the order at the window instead of outside…like I said I love the drinks and I will continue coming back but thats just my opinion maybe they can do something to fix this issue I know I’m not the only one that feels this way.
