I’ve been going to this location for a while and I can honestly say it’s my favorite beverage drive-thru spot. The entire team is amazing. No matter who is working, they know my drink without me saying a word. They always have a smile on their face and treat me like family. It’s that personal touch and the relationships that matter. I love my Dutch Bro’s coffee, but even more importantly I love that team of amazing people.

You can’t go wrong with Dutch Bros coffee, especially this location! Everyone is always so nice and they’re always doing giveaways like they did for international dogs day today with the doggie bandanas. Their pup cups are the biggest you can get from any coffee place in DFW by far & they’re always so happy to see Brownie when I have her with me 🙂

God forbid you ask them to remake a drink because it doesn’t taste correct. The male employee working drive through was nice about it but when I pulled up to the window it was a short dark haired girl and she was as passive aggressive about it as possible.
She offered me an additional shot of expresso in my dirty chai, and I told her I was fine to receive what I had initially ordered and paid for. She insisted again, so I accepted, thinking she was being NICE and left an additional cash tip (tipped on the initial order). She requested I taste them before driving off and when I said it was better, she condescendingly told me I need to order two shots of espresso in my chai. YOU offered, and then tell me I ordered wrong initially.
How a business handles situations like these says everything about them. I had just returned home the night before at 3am from out of town (after flight delays) to find a busted refrigerator. I was having a bad morning and wanted my drink made correctly. If she wanted to make a point that HER EMPLOYER’s coffee is weak, she should have made the drink as ordered, then had me taste it, then taste the difference. Super weird though to openly admit that your espresso tastes like water compared to literally every other coffee shop in this area – multiple Starbucks, kindred coffee, etc.
Regardless of the drink, the way she treated me was poor and left me feeling bad as I pulled away (and wishing I hadn’t left that extra tip). I have not and will not return to this location so they can further treat me badly

Love Dutch bros! My fav right now is camp out cold brew! Also if you haven’t tried their muffin tops they are bomb! Great atmosphere. Cool vibes. Love the music they are always playing. Everyone is super chill!

Cold Brew with sugar free coconut and Oat Milk. This is delicious! Only drawback they don’t have the calorie count on the menu. This is delicious! I highly recommend. Staff was super friendly!

Everybody knows that the music and the Dutch Brothers drive-thru is too loud and everybody knows that if you go to Dutch Brothers they stopped and talked for like 5 minutes with every customer so you should just get comfortable cuz it’s going to take a long time. But they’re nice. And the coffee and tea and everything are always spot on and really great. They’re really fun people. And if you’re someone who enjoys the experience as much as the product go to Dutch Brothers

My coffee with whipped cream wasn’t as fluffy and whipped-cream filled as the best ones I’ve had @ other Dutch Bros locations. But it was still good iced coffee though. Best parts were the helpful & happy staff that worked there. They seem to get the line moving along well. I ordered mine through the walk-in window. There was a group of young adults on 1 table that were just chatting and sipping their drinks. Nice shaded area for summer. Nice spacious parking lot. Clean environment.

So many amazing drinks. Much more than cofee. Love the blended sugar free rebel with sugar free syrups. The Hawaiian is one of my favorites. The staff is also pretty amazing. Always friendly and helpful.
