Restaurant was 23 minutes away from home I ordered jerk chicken got home and there’s BARELY even any jerk sauce on my chicken, common sense don’t be so common nowadays because if someone orders JERK chicken why would there not be any JERK sauce on it??!!!

The WORSE Jamaican food I’ve ever tasted in my whole entire life. I traveled from New Haven. I was so disappointed. The jerk chicken was awful. It looked like it was tossed in barbecue sauce.
The whitening fish that I had was awful. It tasted super bland. I make better food than this and I’m AMERICAN. Do not go there. Especially on a Sunday.

Hey it’s your girl, Honest Review!!! Now mi is a yawdy!!! Ok, this is my go to for breakfast, specifically the peanut porridge Today I had ‘strong back’ a plantain, oat and peanut blend Hurry up n get there. The food is delicious. This area has quite a bit of amazing Jamaican food and Dunn’s River was quite good. I got their large oxtail cup, their small jerk chicken meal, fried tilapia, fried dumplings, and breadfruit. The oxtail was cooked nice and tender but not as well seasoned as some of the other places around. Jerk chicken was also not as seasoned as those around but was still great. Fried tilapia was fried well and seasoned well but just good. The fried dumpling though was the best I’ve ever had (or perhaps because I air fried for a few minutes to reheat), would recommend. This was my first time trying breadfruit and for those who have not yet tried it, I would 10/10 recommend. Taste and texture was interesting and definitely worth trying. Kind of potato like yet bread like at the same time like jackfruit texture. Pairs great with proteins like any carb. Value was great, low price, great portions, like the other Jamaican restaurants around.

Love their food and service. But lately my favorite dish haven’t been coming out right. I order pepper steak white peas and rice, the container had more carrots then meat and most of the carrots was still hard ♂️. I stopped going here before because the pepper steak was a Lil too sweet.
