If I could rate less than 1, I would. This is the worst taco bell in Pueblo. You will wait forever and have your order wrong. They’ll give you a “free taco” coupon for their screw ups or for making you wait 40 minutes and then give you nearly nothing in that taco when you finally remember to order it. Ridiculous. It’s worth it to make the drive to a different store rather than wasting your money here.

Horrible customer service skills I ordered a It’s Mountain Dew blast, but they decide to give me a strawberry blast instead. And not call my mother To let us know that they’re gonna do less as out of order. Instead, they did another strawberry one.

Plus I ordered nachos and cheese with this. And you guys only give me half of The cheese, then you’re supposed to.
I don’t Care if you were busy or not, it is no excused to do my order wrong. There is no excuse calling gimme half of the Naruto cheese. Do your job right cause I could do ten times better than you.

Made a mobile order went to pick it up they said I couldn’t get my order for a half hour to an hour or I can get it raw because they just opened. They open at 9am I made my mobile order at 11:30am. When I asked why google says they are open at 9am and I was able to make a mobile order the female employee was extremely rude told me she answered my questions which she hadn’t and told me I’m not getting anything or I can eat it raw and if I have a problem with that to call and talk to corporate. I was not rude nor did I raise my voice, she had no reason to be so disrespectful. I’m sure service isn’t always like this but today they have something going on. Keep that in mind when ordering from this location today. Wishing them the best of luck with whatever they are dealing with.

This place is incredibly slow. Everytime I go here on my lunch break I’m late for work getting back. Customers waiting are usually irritated because orders were wrong, out of order or find incorrectly. One time I thought there was going to be a fight between customers. It’s already scary enough that they have homeless people having out outside. I’m probably not going to go here anymore. It’s too bad because I really do like Taco Bell.

Checked on maps to see if I can get a quick lunch, once I got there they said “We’re Closed, we open at 10:30.” I ordered online and then they forced me to cancel my order, so they don’t have to open on time. Don’t recommend this one, go to the one on Elizabeth.

For being we’ve went there to eat before, the last time we went to eat everything was horrible… finding a moldy piece of tomato in my wife’s Taco was the not cool and the Taco Bell manager didn’t even offer to replace the whole meal.

This store is hit and miss. I always go through the drive through and depending on who the staff is they’re either behind and rude or really efficient and friendly.
