There were 2 cars in the drive throughwhen we pulled up. It took 12 minutes to get our mobile order. They didn’t know what we had ordered when we got to the next window. When the bag of food was finally given through the window it was dripping wet on the bottom and got my pants wet with soda? Water? Not sure what. Not a good experience. Expected better from McDonald’s. Update, got home and bit into the quarter pounder and it seems a bit raw…

To stop here first thing in the morning for breakfast this is very disappointing for you to even pass this out the window. I am in total disbelief. I’m just shocked that your staff would see this and not do a quality check and just re-warm up another English muffin spoke with the manager, Jessica she did say she’ll make sure I’m getting taken care of my next visit but for me to get to work and wanna have breakfast now this morning that’s no help

You better believe it when they post a sign that they will not tolerate verbal or physical abuse. The reason is because their service sucks. they are slow. The kids that work there don’t want to be there. They take forever to answer the drive thru. They don’t even want to greet you at drive thru hoping you just go away so they don’t have to work. When they do work, Items are missing. Food is cold or tastes awful. I would not recommend anyone going here.

What are you guys doing to your sweet tea???? Sweet tea is suppose to be a lot darker than this. Does not taste anything like what I’ve gotten in the past the last two times I’ve gotten it and I’m extremely disappointed.

Came thru the drive thru at 7am on 2/15/26 and encountered a rude manager who was not customer service oriented at all. I asked for two large coffees with the cream and sugar added because I was driving and thought it was a service McDonalds offered. She gave me two black coffees. I attempted to give the coffee back to have the condiments added and was told she couldn’t take it back through the window but could give me cream and sugar packets. I explained that the entire reason I asked for it to be added is because it’s inconvenient for me to drive and add cream and sugar at which point she closed the window and began to yell and speak negatively loud enough for me to hear. Then sent someone else to deliver me cold coffee. Smh I won’t be spending my money in an establishment where the management is disgruntled about the expectation of them to deliver quality customer service.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Ordered food for myself and my family, they completely missed 3 of 5 meals, the company blatantly did not include the sauces for my childrens’ meals, they even ignored our 13 cookie box. Upon receiving all of the components of my order it had been 1 hour 20 minutes from ordering the food. 90% of the food was cold. Wife had to use the restroom and said there was a giant puddle of urine in front of the handicap toilets and the other 2 were clogged. Staff was very unhelpful to resolve the issues

Do not even try this place outside of main eating hours. This place is decent in the morning, but went to get some smoothies in the afternoon in curbside, and waited 10 minutes before going inside to see what’s up, and there was no cashier at the register for another 10 minutes, at which point I finally got someone’s attention to ask for the smoothies. It then took another 5 minites to get the smoothies.

I don’t remember the food quality back then because it has been more than 10 years since i had McDonald’s food. The nuggets are dry like microwaved food and the hamburger patties are dry and chewy. I am sure it’ll be more than 10 years before i will try the food again.

I am writing to report a serious food safety concern that my family and I experienced today at this McDonald’s location.

While placing our order, we observed an employee wearing gloves but she reached and grabbed some fries, and started eating them. The employee then continued working and handling food without changing her gloves. This included touching food preparation areas and assembling orders.

My spouse had to say something to the employee finally changed her gloves and washed her hands. Until that point, the same gloves had been used while eating and touching multiple food surfaces, which was extremely unsanitary and concerning.

Because of this incident, my family no longer felt comfortable eating the food and decided not to proceed with our order. This situation reflects a lack of proper food safety practices and training, and it should not have required a customer to intervene.

I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed to ensure food safety standards are consistently followed.
