Every single time I go into this particular Dunkin’, they mess something up or do not make my order at all. Maybe if it wasn’t entirely run by 16 year olds it would be better. Food and drinks are great tho 🙂

I stopped here every morning for 5 days. They were fast. Which was great. Three stars because the coffee was either loaded down with creme and sugar or had none at all. Coffee is really important to me, and I love Duncan’s.

The woman (who must be the manager) was incredibly attentive and helpful after I ordered the wrong thing by accident, and not only corrected it for me, but also had an extremely positive attitude that reminded me what customer service used to be like. This is by far the best customer service I’ve received in reno/Sparks in a long time, and my only hope is that the rest of her team can follow her example. If she’s not running that place, she should be!

I couldn’t get help in the store. The counters and kitchen were a mess. There were several women in the back having a nice chitchat while a young man was obviously overwhelmed at the drive up window. When he finally asked for someone to help him, the one young lady that came out made a rude comment to the young man and then proceeded to help me, acting like she didn’t care at all about my business.

Usually this place is pretty decent. Something has been off recently with their ice portions though. I guess I paid almost $6 in drive thru for flavored ice. Really bummed my large drink had ice almost all the way up to the brim.
