Very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. We were four friends and placed a simple order: 3 raspberry croissants, 1 matcha, 2 hash browns, and 3 avocado toasts. Instead, they entered a completely wrong order and added extra items we never asked for. We were charged for 3 matcha lattes (almost $20) even though we only ordered one. When we pointed it out immediately, they refused to refund and insisted we “take other items” instead. They gave us extra hash browns worth about $3, while we paid around $13 extra for items we never ordered.
The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. One employee said “drive to the parking lot, we’ll come give it,” but another said we “drove away too fast” from the drive-thru. They kept blaming us instead of fixing their mistake.
This location seriously needs better training, honesty, and respect for customers. Completely unacceptable experience. I won’t be returning here again.

We have lived here for the past four years and have slowly watched this Dunkin location go from high-quality to extremely poor quality. The service used to be top-tier with how quick and efficient the drinks and food went out the drive-through. Now its the complete opposite. It takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive-through even with one to two cars. The workers seem understaffed and have poor attitudes. The last few times I went through the drive-through I will catch a bad attitude trying to order and they make me feel bad for ordering more than just a coffee.
In the past month, I’ve pulled out of the drive-through three times because I can’t wait 30+ minutes to grab a quick coffee. I can’t imagine how much business Starbucks is getting these days with the state of how Dunkin is run.

Dunkin’ has always been a family favorite, I’ve loved their coffee and donuts since the early 90s. Their coffee is one of my all time favorites, I’ve purchased their coffee for home brewing many times, it’s always a crowd pleaser. The breakfast items they offer are good but I’ve never understood why they sell all their items separately, they don’t offer combos. The donuts are very good, I love their original glazed donuts the best.
The reason I’m rating it 3 stars is because this specific location seems to always be out of something. I’ve gone on 3 different occasions and on all of them they did not have what I originally wanted. Two of those times I ended up cancelling my order and going to Starbucks. The customer service has also been lacking, it always seemed like the employee was having a bad day or simply didn’t care about their job or the customer.
If those little short comings were addressed and fixed at this specific location then my 3 star review would go to 5 stars because when it comes to coffee and donuts you cannot go wrong with Dunkin!
(Disclaimer: Last time I visited this location was in February through the drive thru)

I frequent Dunkin Donuts regularly and order the same thing through the drive thru. Rarely is it correct. Today, I decided to go back inside to have them correct it and all I got was rudeness. I didn’t even say anything and the manager hit me with her rude arguing tone. I left frustrated and with the wrong drink.
A while back we quit going to Baskin Robbins because they never have all the ice cream or are out of toppings.
If you have some patience, try the store, but keep your head down.

Tucked away in the Alamogordo valley is the Dunkin” shop on the fat boulevard.
I was planning on going to the Starbucks, but I love the blueberry donut iced coffee.
The store is spacious, ample parking and outdoor seating.
Inside was a bit too chilly for this Floridian.

The staff are very sweet and courteous. They seem like hard workers. The donuts are just okay. They don’t put enough frosting on the frosted ones, they put way too many sprinkles on the sprinkled donuts, and there is barely any filling in the filled donuts. Honestly, I would rather go to the grocery store or our local mom and pop shop for donuts.

32 minutes from back of the line to leaving the window with cold food. I ordered a hot macchiato and they must have made it when I ordered because by the time I got to window ten minutes later it was lukewarm. Before I could get to that discovery I had to make sure I was getting the right order because the price was double from I was told at speaker. Once person was helped to find it admitting the system was all screwed up I was charged correct price, given my sandwich and drink. I’m glad I checked the bag cause after thirty minutes I wasn’t leaving without my donuts. The staff was very friendly, but wasn’t unapologetic about the extremely slow service.
Once I got home a few minutes later, I got to try my my now cold and almost soggy sandwich, donut, and almost room temp coffee. The sandwich was bland, the sour dough bread would have saved the day if it would have had a crunch from being toasted. The donut was soft and deliciously made. As for the coffee once I microwaved it for a minute was finally drinkable.
Overall, I would not visit unless there was no line. I want a redo, but I’m hesitant to ever return.

Obviously they don’t know the difference between a jelly donut and a marshmallow filled donut . Also, the iced latte had more ice in the cup than latte. Finally, the staff sure didn’t seem like they were in any hurry to take my order, but to be fair there were all of four people inside which must have been overwhelming to organize all those orders

It would be great if yall would stop participating in doordash. You NEVER have the items they ordered. I’ve left empty handed the last 4 out of 5 tines I’ve been there. Your killing me

I just wanted to say thank you to Melissa who served me today at the drive thru. I had just gotten blood drawn and wasn’t feeling so great. I pulled into a parking spot to have my coffee & donut, and much to my surprise, Melissa came out to my car to see if was okay, headphones & all. People just aren’t like that anymore, and I was touched. Thanks again Melissa.
