One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this location. Stopped by for coffee on 07/29 at the Alamogordo location. Encountered a disorganized crew which with 4 people, was more than adequate to serve the customers. Stood in line while all the attention was at the drive-thru window. Customer ahead of me finally left never being served. Finally, the window attendant realized the issue and came to take orders, reminding the front staff member to ensure service was offered. The cook was hyper and intimidating the other staff members rushing between the grill, window, and front counter rather than focusing on his job creating even more disruption. I wanted my receipt but the staff was also unable to print the receipt. After watching 3 of the staff members aimlessly try to print the receipt, I left as not to inconvenience the customers waiting for service. This is a location/crew in desperate need of management/owner attention. The only redeeming factor was the quality of the coffee.

On Friday 8/25/2023 we ordered 3 hot coffees , an order of bagel bites and ice cream. We arrived approximately 75 minutes before closing time. Closing time was 2200 hours. All 3 coffees were recieved at room temperature and we didn’t receive bagel bites.

Ordered a “frozen” caramel coffee, and it was completely liquified and melted immediately after she set it on the counter. It tasted like nothing but sickeningly sweet syrup and tiniest hint of coffee. My girlfriend got an iced toasted almond and coconut latte with half and half. Her drink was not made with half and half, and tasted bitter as all hell. We dumped our drinks in the parking lot and went to Starbucks next door.

My husband went in to get a Frozen Coffee for me and he was waiting for over 30 minutes he looked to see why it was taking so long to take the order all the employees were on their cellphones smh, meanwhile all the customers were waiting. It’s sad that they aren’t trained properly on professionalism and customer service. I love the frozen coffee from Dunkin but Starbucks might have to be the place to go now. Get it together people!

Worst experience, coffee was cold and when I told him it was cold he gave me some story about Dunkins policy on the temp can’t be more than room temperature. I told him he was lying and he still didn’t want to give me hot coffee said it was to late to make new coffee. They were closing in an hour and a half and he couldn’t make new coffee. What a scam!!! The dunkin corporate office needs to come down and take a look at this operation poor representation of their company!!!

Went through the Drive Thru at 8:20am on a Monday. All of the staff from the young lady on the speaker to the gentleman at the window, were very polite and kind.

32 minutes from back of the line to leaving the window with cold food. I ordered a hot macchiato and they must have made it when I ordered because by the time I got to window ten minutes later it was lukewarm. Before I could get to that discovery I had to make sure I was getting the right order because the price was double from I was told at speaker. Once person was helped to find it admitting the system was all screwed up I was charged correct price, given my sandwich and drink. I’m glad I checked the bag cause after thirty minutes I wasn’t leaving without my donuts. The staff was very friendly, but wasn’t unapologetic about the extremely slow service.

I’ve been here a couple of times over the last month and was very unsatisfied both times. The first time my drink tasted disgusting like something was expired and the drink looked off as well. I took it back and they made me another one which ended up okay. However, I went a week later and the same thing happened. This time I will not be going back again this is ridiculous.

Arrived there early in the morning, waited 10 minutes to order, which was okay. Staff member who served us was very friendly! But waited more than 25 minutes for 2 coffees and a sandwich, I ended up leaving to take my boyfriend to work just to come back and still not have our second coffee.

The service was great and the icecream was scrumptious. The atmosphere was peaceful until a crazy customer from drive thru came in throwing the drink at the employee all because the drink did not have extra extra ice. Overall we got dessert and a show.
