First time trying Dunkin and I actually loved my experience. At first, when I bit into the donut I was disappointed because there was no cream but half way through there was enough cream which made the donut perfect. I only wish they add more cream so it balances out. Went great with my iced coffee sugar cookie cream. And the price is very reasonable. For a small and donut I only paid less than $6 which made me question starbucks.

Went in for 3 orders of bagel bites. Every other dunkin donuts I’ve been to, they are served warmed up. These were ice cold. I only live about 4 minutes away. I had to go home and heat them up in the oven. The cashier lady also had an ice cold attitude towards me and didn’t even say, hello, goodbye or give me the total. Not saying that it was required of her, but her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted at that location. Maybe because of my clothing choice? Nothing offensive was written on my shirt (Jesus saves bro)….which if that makes her uncomfortable maybe customer service isn’t the best option as far as jobs go. Won’t be going back. Sad too cuz it’s the only one in town. I thought dunkin donuts wanted to include ALL people but I felt unwanted.

This is the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. I have been cross country several times and have stopped at Dunkin’s legit in the middle of no where and this location is worse than all of them. They never have fresh donut’s, their espresso machine is always broken, the hours are ridiculous and when it comes to service it’s slower than ever! We just came from this location that had maybe 4 people in the store, we went through the drive through and it took over 15 minutes to get to two regular iced coffees. I’m not a fan of Starbucks at all but honestly for the duration of living here I will be going to starbucks because of the he horrible service.

Consistently terrible customer service by one employee over an 18 month span. Hate when I see him and he hates when I walk through the door bc he knows what I’m gonna order. Apparently ordering 4 sandwiches is a declaration of war to him. So glad Walmart opened a Dunkin so I can order sandwiches for me and my children without feeling like I should have made breakfast.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever experienced. Every time I wait in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting to order and another 10 waiting for the food. I started to walk in to order and on multiple occasions they locked their doors during business hours. They make iced coffee wrong every time and then the employees give you attitude when they screw up your order. This location needs some major retraining.

I put in mobile order for 2 things. Get to window and she didn’t have my flavor drink so hubby told her to sub for different one for him since we already paid. I open bag for donut & it’s wrong (should be Boston/barvarian cream). It’s pink sprinkle! I tell girl & she rudely says “well we’re out of those”. I respond with “well I don’t eat this kind”. She asks rudely “so do you want something else”? I say “yes, I’m hungry & paid for something I’ll eat so how about a glaze”. She walks away, returns & practically throws it out the window into my hand. Train your help!! Money wasted because 2nd drink was with tea & not a coconut refresher like ordered. Go elsewhere.

We went into to DD this morning and we greeted by a younger woman (multi colored hair) and she immediately set the tone. She had an attitude as if she was in a rush and as if we were bothering her. There was no one else in the store and there were two people working so I’m not sure why she was in a rush. Her attitude was too much but I maintained my calm as I know everyone has a bad day but if she is always like that she should not work in a customer service position.

If you like the vanilla/chocolate cream donuts, go somewhere else! A thimble full of cream is what passes for a “cream” donut. At the very least they should post a sign for “supply chain” problem items.

Edit: They still like to close early and not actually work. Right now it is 12:06 it was 12:01 when I walked into the dunkin donuts. I was told they were not taking any more customers even though there were 3 people in line. And they close at 2pm according to their posted hours

After waiting 20 mins for a coffee I was told they were out of the nitro cold brew..she asked if I wanted an iced coffee instead for about 90 cents more. At this point I just asked for a refund. Looked at my receipt and I was CHARGED for a cup of water that I never received. Rude customer service, spend your money else where. Ended up going to circle k for coffee.
