Nothing works. Kiosk is broken. Jelly machine has been down for about 2 months. The facility should host a new establishment with equipment that works and can serve food. Maybe a carls jr, or BK ‍♂️

Quick and convenient location on hill air force base. Staff is friendly and orders are always quick. I wish there was some indoor seating here to enjoy coffee in the morning. Meals are cheap and quick and they always have an assortment of donuts available. No complaints overall.

Worst dunkin donut, have been here a handful of times and each time they never fail to fail you. A few times they have given me attitude dropping the boxes of donuts in front of me and another time asking for light ice being served with a full cup of ice with my matcha drink. And when asked to fix the drink they continue to drain half the drink and hand it back.

I work on the base and have been coming to this Dunkin’ for almost 2 years. The ladies who work there are super friendly and personable, they know all of their regulars and their drink orders. It always makes for a good start of the day walking into a friendly smile and a cup of coffee!

Portions are egregiously small for the price, but that’s not the problem I have with them here. The staff are very short in conversation and very rude in manner. They act like you’ve ruined their day by making them do their job even when you are 1 of 2 costumers inside. I’ve been there 3 times and have gotten the same attitude. All I’m really asking for is a quick glance or smile when I say thank you, instead I get met with silence and a sense of the server being annoyed.

Love the customer service in this place, the ladies are always attentive to the orders and if there is a small mistake they are glad to change or fix the issue. Coffee is fantastic.

The employees at this location are always so kind and helpful. They always get me in and out quickly and the coffee itself never disappoints me. Any time I get food it has also been just as satisfying.

We were driving from Mapleton to have some Dunkin because I never had it since I left the Philippines. The lady that answered the phone told me to stop calling them when I only called the 2nd time to confirm if they have delivery. We didn’t know that you need to be in the Military or know someone in the military just to get Dunkin in Utah. Just a moment ago, the lady that answered threatened and told me that they are tracing my call and to stop calling them or they will report me to my parents. They told us that we called them 50 times when I only called twice, and my husband once. I couldn’t believe the rudeness. She was really discriminatory towards me. Shouldn’t they treat people more with respect since they are inside the AFB?
