This is by far the slowest Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever experienced. Average wait times of 10 mins + from order placement to pick up. Even on non-rush times.

Read so many bad reviews I got curious and gave it a shot. Bakery, coffee and sandwiches were pretty good actually. But yes, the atmosphere of this place is pretty bizarre. I heard obnoxious workers talking loudly and gossiping about the most random stuff. If you know Spanish, you might get uncomfortable because you will understand the stuff they are saying. Anyways, just get your food and get out. Food good. Atmosphere bizarre.

There were only one kind of donut holes (munchkin). The donuts dont taste fresh. The taste like they were shipped in from somewhere else.

Probably the WORST Dunkin’ to get doughnuts at. Staff are rude, wait is ridiculously long (even if you’re the first person in once the doors open), and doughnuts were cold. Save your time and go to another location.

Can you believe this!!! This is the Ham n Egg sandwich I bought today. Burnt to the point that it is inedible. I didn’t open it until I got to my work and of course it was too late at that point to even take it back. So I went hungry. This isn’t the first time this has happened. There has been at least 2 other times that they have burned my breakfast sandwich, but this time it was so bad I had to just throw it away. It’s convenient for me to come here since it’s right next to my house and right on my way to work, so it’s a shame that as a frequent customer I can’t even get a descent meal. Not only was it a complete waste of money but I was starving by the time I went on my lunch break. I just want to know in what world do employees think it’s okay to serve something like this to a paying customer? They literally had to take it out of the oven with tongs and put in the bag, so they saw this and still gave it to me. How messed up is that?

Place is the worst. The only good thing is donuts. Don’t order food from here they apparently don’t know how to have fresh food. They had bags of hash browns just sitting in the trays getting hard. Invest in a hash brown holder and make fresh hashbrowns. This wrap was just thrown in a bag.

Drive thru menu needs to be repaired. Some of the panels are missing therefore I relied on the cashier to read their menu options through the intercom.

Well it started off bad but progressively got worse. First when we pulled up to the ordering screen, the girl who answered barely gave a greating and was just unprofessional. But we order our first item, cashier had no idea what we were talking about so my husband had to explain again (literally just ordered the roasted tomato avocado toast) Then there was no acknowledgement that she heard us or asking if we want anything else. So we sat there for a minute, then finally my husband decided to order his sandwich. Finally a response, but the girl sounded like she had no clue what she was doing told us to come to the first window. We paid then was told to go to the second window. We sat at that second window for over 10 minutes. Finally we drive off and park so my husband can go inside. From what he saw, everyone was running around confused and no one looked like they were properly trained. Finally we recieved our food. We paid at 10:18am and didn’t receive our food till 10:33am… do better. I guess there’s a reason this Dunkin always looks barren. Should’ve gone to Burger King like my husband originally suggested.

Eat in or go to the Drive-thru the staff is always great and fast. They make everything to order except for the donuts so be patient. The the picture of the drink I shot was free from using their app. Been here maybe 25 times. Always great!

I love my dunkin donut Latina employees at this location. They are so welcoming (great music inside), very professional with great customer services, and never messed up any of my orders (I go every morning before work).
