I have visited this Dunkin Donuts very often for the last 18 months as I deliver food thru an app. Never once have I been disappointed in the product, OR the staff!! Yes, they do run out of items off and on, but the staff are polite about it, and offer other similar items. The store is spotless. Just recently, I was picking up, and the three staff members, Pedro, Joseph, and Jauan were absolutely swamped with orders. Considering the volume of orders, they efficiently and timely filled all of them, and were very kind, and thoughtful with their communication with the customers. I look forward to going to this store, I love their smiles.

The employees are incredibly rude. Service is extremely slow. Can someone fix this restaurant. The place definitely deserves endless one stars. Dont waste your time and money ordering from here. Do not doordash from here. Your food will not be delivered in a timely manner. They are slow as molasses!!!! Seriously

I have seriously never seen such a miserable group of employees. The service is terrible they are rude and unprofessional they burn the food or give it uncooked and they sit around talking bad about each other and other customers in front of customers when they should be doing their job. Half of them are huddled in the back making the same one person do all of the work while they literally laugh at them. They’re working entry level fast food but act like they are out here saving lives and customers are just an inconvenience. they need a lesson in humility. This entire location needs a revamp. Fire them and start over these people should not be serving our armed forces and their families. They shouldn’t be serving anyone honestly and they obviously don’t like doing it.

+25 min wait. I had to step in and catch their attention to even get my orders a few people had been waiting over 20 mins. Undercooked hash browns and my sandwich was ice cold inside.

Terrible.. went through drive thru and waited at the mic for 5 minutes without a response. I ended up parking and walking in. Im standing at the counter waiting even longer to order then I see a dude with a headset taking orders in drive thru.. blew my mind.. then it took about 30 minutes to get two drinks

been here 3 years, always out of product, drinks are always wrong and never taste the same. when employees asked to have sourdough instead of the croissant i ordered they proceeded to put half the amount of everything inside! its not my fault you were out of what i ordered, and gave me a 70 percent bread sandwich. please do better

Can you believe this!!! This is the Ham n Egg sandwich I bought today. Burnt to the point that it is inedible. I didn’t open it until I got to my work and of course it was too late at that point to even take it back. So I went hungry. This isn’t the first time this has happened. There has been at least 2 other times that they have burned my breakfast sandwich, but this time it was so bad I had to just throw it away. It’s convenient for me to come here since it’s right next to my house and right on my way to work, so it’s a shame that as a frequent customer I can’t even get a descent meal. Not only was it a complete waste of money but I was starving by the time I went on my lunch break. I just want to know in what world do employees think it’s okay to serve something like this to a paying customer? They literally had to take it out of the oven with tongs and put in the bag, so they saw this and still gave it to me. How messed up is that?

They make the food okay, and the coffee is sometimes hit or miss compared to other Dunkin’s, but mostly consistent. But my god the wait time in the drive through is awful. It shouldn’t take 20 minutes to service three people ahead of me, who have also been waiting for awhile. The other Dunkin’s in town aren’t this slow.
My guess is they need more staff working here, or ones who can work a little faster during breakfast.

They are extremely rude after making you sit and wait for over 30 minutes when I had a mobil order put in 10 minutes before even being there. Maybe try going in but through the drive through they are awful
