I asked for 2 SMALL french vanilla LATTES but the register person rang me as 2 medium French vanilla coffees. When he repeats my order, i told him that i want 2 lattes. Then i saw he charged me for both coffees and lattes. Good thing i was still at the store. Also, the latte tasted weird so i told him i need them remake. They were looking at me like I’m crazy. They remade my drinks but they were not filled to the top. I understand how they might feel because i work at a Starbucks, but this is not the right way to treat your customer. I only had my phone with me so i asked for cash as my refund but they said they can’t do it without a manager. I never had a good experience with this store. I rarely go there but they mess up my drink every single time but i keep going for the donuts.

The Dunkin company should be ashamed of themselves. Take a look at the apple fritter it’s smaller than a regular donut and cost more. The service was great though.

Second time I’ve ordered 10 munchkin donut hole and received only 6 (I’m not driving back for 4 more donut holes)… idk how much comes in the hashbrowns order but seemed a little lacking as well. Kinda disappointed. Also the guy at the window is NEVER personable. Not even a hello, just hand out with total. Nothing even said when handing items either.
Coffee is good… rest is kinda a rip off…

Great Dunkin, has been my regular location for 5 years now, only thing to really complain about is the inconsistent coverage icing on the donuts.
Sometimes you get a donut with perfect covering and sprinkles.
Other times it seems half of the donut is missing icing and you get a few sprinkles (like 4) on the whole donut.
I am aware inconsistency as a whole plagues Dunkin locations everywhere, however this place makes Donuts in house, which means the donuts are fresher but suffer from this inconsistency greatly.
I don’t think this is neccasarily managements fault either.
Anytime Marian is here, the place runs as smooth as butter.
Now keep in mind it is to me a 5 star location regardless of this small nitpick complaint, incredibly nice employees who are very receptive to customers.
If the Hancock Dunkin is a 3 star, this place is easily 5 stars, donuts down.

Rude rude rude. That’s how they were.
I ordered on the app. All they had to do was be nice and hand me the order. Couldn’t do that.
Comparing donuts to let’s say Shipley – Dunkin’ is not good. But they did the job for a work meeting.
My drink was made wrong even though I ordered through the app.
Just not going back.

I can’t believe this place is still in business. I’m guessing it’s cause no one wants to wait for Starbucks. I’ve gotten sandwiches at other Dunkin locations and they’re my favorite, but this location!?! Never again! I ordered a sweet pepper bacon sandwich and got mushed regular bacon and cheese. Not even an egg on the sandwich!?! Out of the 4 doughnuts I ordered I only got 1 and it wasn’t even one of the ones I ordered!! Always out of this and that. Thank goodness I got my points back. Do not go here if you want quality Dunkin cause it’s not there!!

Tight drive-thru if you’re driving a larger vehicle or a truck. It’s also pretty difficult to get into and you’d have to drive through the parking lot of the Lowe’s to get to it, otherwise the food and service is pretty much okay in the atmosphere feels abandoned
They’re also frequently out of stock of a lot of donut flavors.

Showed up around 0745 and the lobby was closed so was forced to go through drive thru that took about 20 minutes with 6 cars in front of me. When I finally arrived at the window, I had to remind the worker what kind of donuts I ordered for some reason. Then about a couple minutes later, someone else came to the window and asked if I had ordered and what I was waiting for. Had to tell this different worker what I had ordered since somehow they are unable to keep track inside. After about what felt like 5 minutes ago the window I finally received my order. How does it take 5 minutes to get 2 orders of hash Browns when they are already heated in the toaster and to grab just 6 donuts, which they look like they were put together by someone who didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Service has declined everywhere since covid and somehow these businesses keep thriving somehow. Probably since people keep accepting mediocre service and food and keep coming back for more. I will not be one to come back to mismanaged place. Not even my kids ate the donuts they were so bad.

Don’t know what the deal is with this location but they do NOT have it together. I had a small order and there wasn’t a crowd, but they only managed to get 1 out of 3 donuts right. Super annoying!

Sad to say that this particular location has gotten increasingly worse. I keep
giving it another try but today’s the last time. I ordered a frappuccino and ended up with a cup of blended ice. Disappointing.
