Stopped here because the place I intended to eat at is now out of business. Went through their POS system to order. However, you can’t pay cash using it so I had to start over at the register. They didn’t have the type of donuts I wanted, but the maple bacon sandwich I got was very good. The coffee is okay.
Service was good with the employee I dealt with. The space would have been nice, but they needed to clean off the tables. They do have Wi-Fi available to the customers.
There was ample parking.

The employee who took my order obviously hates his job as he didn’t care to interact with me even when I greeted him with a smile and said Good Morning. I asked him if the cookie butter latte was only made cold or if it could be made hot, after looking in the computer, he explained only cold.
I then ordered a large peppermint mocha latte with oatmilk and a dozen donuts. I also asked if I could have it put into my own cup to which he said yes and told me to leave it next to the register. He rang it up and after handing my receipt, he asked me if I really needed my receipt. Odd but whatever. After looking at my receipt, I saw that he rang me up for a latte with reg milk and I explained that I had asked for oatmilk.
He said that he didn’t hear me and that oatmilk costs extra to which I replied that I would pay for the extra then. He told me he couldn’t do that as it would have needed to be done at the time of the beverage purchase. I told him to then refund the drink and re-ring it up so that it could be charged properly to which he told me that drink was already being made (the other employee had started making my drink but hadn’t started steaming the milk. . I told him that I couldn’t have straight milk so what are we going to do since I KNOW I asked for oatmilk. He sighed loudly, turned around, and told the other employee to make mine with oatmilk.
After picking out my dozen donuts, the first employee noticed that the employee making my drink was putting it into a reg cup instead of the cup I brought it and told her that it needed to be in my cup but he did apologize to her that he forgot to tell her. When the female employee gave me my drink, I told her thank you and she wouldn’t even look at me nor respond.
I doubt I’ll return here again.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service continues to be extremely slow whether you order through the mobile app, drive-through, or in-store. Even for simple orders like a single donut and a sandwich , they often forget items, so I always have to double-check my bag. The lines move painfully slow, and some of the staff have been quite rude. It feels like there’s a serious lack of management or organization here. Definitely disappointing compared to other Dunkin’ locations.

I’m writing to complain about the extremely rude customer service I received at Dunkin’ located at 686 S Colorado Blvd, Glendale, CO 80246 on January 29, 2026 around 7:00–7:30 AM. I ordered two lattes at the drive-thru and the employee told me to “give me a moment,” but I waited about 5 minutes with no update. Then I asked for a half dozen donuts and tried to tell him which donuts I wanted, he responded very rudely saying that “ we only do assorted on the drive-thru.” I was only trying to get donuts for my kids. After that, he said, “I don’t have time for this, hurry up, people are waiting,” which was disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve been to many Dunkin’ locations before, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was terrible, and because of this I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ location again.

Gave the most unfriendly service I have ever gotten at a dunkin. The guy at the window we greeted with a smile and he gave no emotion and when we handed him a gift card he slapped it down and said “be right back” as he turned his back, a different employee came back and ignored the gift card completely even when I mentioned it and she turned it over and looked at it and still did nothing with it and didn’t acknowledge it. Was not given a fork for loaded hash browns either.

They’ve made mistakes before on my order but the last few times its been correct, fast, and easy. I order for pickup. Sometimes it’s a bit dirty inside – needs some tables wiped down, napkins refilled. But for what it is, and especially if you aren’t eating in, it does the trick.

Zero stars if possible. This is the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to. Food is wrong, drinks don’t taste right, not to mention, if you order more than 3 items they tell you to go inside to pay and wait bc they don’t want to hold up the line. Yet, inside, 2 of the 4 workers are sitting in the waiting area not working – no wonder it takes forever. 20 min wait inside for 3 breakfast sandwiches. Horrible operation- do something about it Dunkin. It’s embarrassing.

I have been to hundreds of Dunkin’ Donuts and this has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. The service is poor. The drive through takes years. The food is always sub par and for a DD, that’s even worse. Do better management and franchise owner, this place has been open far long enough to have gotten your acts together. Deplorable

this location is so slow. it feels like management doesn’t want to hire more employees to work. So if you’re in a rush don’t use their drive thru. you will sit there for 20 mins. they also hardly ever have any donut variety aside from chocolate and pink sprinkle. The only positive is they always put a good amount of ice in the mediums.
